Romarr Gipson, who gained national attention as the nameless 7-year-old wrongfully arrested in the infamous Ryan Harris murder case a decade ago, was back behind bars Tuesday for violating probation for his role in a 2006 double shooting in Calumet Park, authorities said.
Cook County Judge Donald Panarse Jr. ordered Gipson, now 17, held without bail following his Labor Day arrest on charges of drug possession and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.
Gipson and a female were arguing inside a residence Monday night when Gipson pulled out a BB gun and pointed it at her, Assistant State's Attorney James Murphy-Aguilu said.
Believing the weapon to be a handgun, the victim fled and notified police. Upon Gipson's arrest, officers recovered the BB gun as well as 0.2 of a gram of crack cocaine, Murphy-Aguilu said.
Romarr continues on his road to becoming a serial killer within the next 20 years. By that time, everyone who had anything to do with his continued presence on the streets will be long dead and gone and safe from any criticism leveled at them. Hopefully, there's a special place in hell for each and every one of those jagoffs.

In regardinf settlement in ANY case that involves a minor, the amount has to be sent to judge/guardian who approves of the amount. The money is put into a trust. The reason being is to protect the money from parents other factors. The minoe cannot touch that money until he is 18 or older(depends on the judge's ruling)Since he has quite enough with interest, he will have to pay for his own defense.If he found guilty, he probably will be fined too since he is a millionaire.If the victim is smart, she could file a civil lawsuit and get a piece of the pie before he blows it.
