Gave it Away

ESPN has the autopsy.

Our take? The Bears defense looked exhausted in the last quarter. Seriously tired. They were back on their heels the whole time.

And that Personal Foul in the OT? Dumb mistake - it was 4th and long and because of a cheap shot by Tampa Bay, the Bears give them 15 yards and a first down?

.500 is looking like a good season at this point.

Practice like you play and play like you practice. A concept foreign to the Bears in pre-season under Lovey.

Also if R. DAVIS catches the pass Orton put right in his hands, the Bears probably win in OT.

How can you win when the head coach sounds like Michael Jackson strolling down Halsted St.

What ever happened to Ditka with his groweling and swearing?

We finally have a decent quarterback and our defense is falling apart. We should be a 3-0 team but are making stupid turn-overs.

I don't know if Tillman was wrong or not? Ya I guess it was stupid, but if you look at what was going on how many guys would not want to help out their team mate. You know this isn't soccar.

Tough loss for the Beloved Bears but should still get 10 or 11 wins this season!

Called it weeks ago.. 5 and 11. They'll be lucky to finish better than that with Coach Coma at the helm..

Over 65 passes from the "NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE OUR QUARTERBACK BUT DEFINITELY GOOD ENOUGH TO BEAT US" Griese, and not 1 lousy sack. How absolutely pathetic. Struggling and gasping for air against the Bucs in the 4th quarter? How amazingly unconditioned for an NFL team.

And lets not leave out Rashid Davis. He should be on waivers after that grammar school display of NO HANDS in overtime.

Entitlement to the Super Bowl? I think not.

Decent quarterback? Hahaha. They played one of the least talented teams in the NFL, on their own turf, and looked like a high school team needing a break to take a drink from the waterfountain. Get real. We haven't had a quarterback in over 20 years goof. Offense was on the field 8 minutes more than the defense. It's called conditioning and making adjustments. A concept foreign to the catatonic 5 million dollar a year rain man wearing headphones on the sidelines.

How do u figure douchebag? Our defense is on the field more than most around the league. You dont think that wears down a defense over time. The offense should have done something in the first half. Know something about football before adding a comment.
Oh, and how many takeaways did the Bears defense have and the Offense failed to capitalize?

SCC... Just went to the awards ceremony at 35th and Mich. Supt stated that because of budgetary set backs he has recently had to change the way things are done. Expect budget failures to be his and RJD's holy grail for imposing their will on us... We have been warned.
