Persecution

  • A Chicago police officer accused of killing two Cicero men in a Thanksgiving Day auto accident was indicted on charges of reckless homicide and drunk driving, authorities said Tuesday.

Officer John Ardelean, 34, faces two counts of reckless homicide and four counts of aggravated DUI, according to a news release from the Cook County state's attorney's office.
Let's get this straight - the Crook County State's Attorney just released an asshole who murdered two people, one of who was a decorated Chicago Police Detective, because there were "problems" with the evidence and interviews. This involved witnesses recanting testimony. To date, the only person charged is the girlfriend of the primary suspect for witness intimidation when she and another girl beat a cooperating individual. This asshole is now suing the Department.

Now we have the Crook County State's Attorney office indicting an officer on solely political considerations when no evidence exists to support the charges filed. The basis for the aggravated DUI is an Administratively Ordered breath test, which is inadmissible in a court of law (read Garrity law). The two counts of reckless homicide are equally inane as the investigation revealed that the deceased persons were (A) both highly intoxicated and (B) at fault for the accident. Reckless homicide does not include a "psychic" provision where Ardelean was required to predict a pair of drunks would drive into his path at a high rate of speed.

If the Department exempts who were on scene disregarded their own General Orders regarding some unknown timeliness of the sobriety testing, then shame on them and seek sanctions or restitution in the Civil Courts. Ardelean complied with all legal obligations under Illinois law and all Department orders. Believe it or not, Law Enforcement Officers have rights under Illinois Law and under Court rulings - we are still citizens though we are treated much worse than that.

Remember the NPR interview J-Fed did where he called us "insignificant"? J-Fed cited this case specifically and noted that the Department was going after Ardelean administratively. This criminal case is purely driven by the Machine to remove an issue from the republican candidate (who is also calling for prosecution of police officers in violation of existing statute).

I was stunned, frankly, when I saw the news that the officer had been re-indicted...what a travesty of justice, an insult to the ideals of justice, an action that borders, in my view, on prosecutorial misconduct...what the hell has happened to the ideals of justice, fairness, common sense, and the rule of law?...

Unfortunately, it appears that we cook county citizens only have two choices in the Cook County State's Attorney's contest: Alvarez, a daley machine loyalist and Peraica, the Republican Party's Pit Bull.

Whatever one may think about what Peraica's been saying in public, or even what he actually believes, to elect another machine democrat to this office is not the answer to this problem of politically motivated prosecutions or the lack of prosecutorial cahones exhibited by the failure to prosecute.

In no way diminishing or dismissing the dishonesty of these new, politically motivated charges, or the apparent lack of integrity displayed by Peraica in his political campaigning, the only choice in this election is Peraica, if for no other reason than that he's not a machine democrat.

There will be enough mindless democrats voting for Alvarez, along with those Hispanics who primarily vote according to race, to require every voter not in the above categories to vote for Peraica, if he's going to have a chance of winning.

And a Peraica victory is exactly what the democratic machine doesn't want.

Is there any better reason to vote for Tony?

I feel that this case was indicted solely to appease the Hispanic community for the November General Elections, which includes the election of the Cook County States Attorney's Office.

The SAO doesn't care if this case ever goes to trial or if they lose it. The only important fact was that this case be indicted prior to the elections to avoid a backlash from the Hispanic voters.

You can personally thank the Democratic candidate Anita Alvarez for this indictment.

I for one will now cast my vote for the nut case Tony Peraica!

In interesting bit of investigative reporting, though one which will NEVER be undertaken in this town, would be to investigate the number of payouts to criminals vs. the number of convictions for crimes in the County of Crook. We are all too familiar with the jackpot justice in the city and county, but are the citizens whose taxes are going through the roof? Do they know what really happens to the offenders when they are victimized?

When you have ghetto "nurses" disarming police officers and then bringing suit agains the city, thugs claiming (often falsely) brutality and paid to just go away, and on the flip side cops being crucified just because they happen to work in law enforcement, you have a system turned upside down.

How many payouts have there been in the city and the county and why? Who approves the payouts and why? Are there issues with which law firms handle the cases (kickbacks) and what are their relationships with those who hold the purse strings? What is the rate of incarceration for felony crimes or violent crimes with victims seeking justice and why?

I worked for a municipality which hid the payouts and used legal tricks like clauses of nondisclosure to hide how much was billed to the people for legal screwups (and there were plenty.)

How many hundreds of millions of dollars are going to street thugs in this sanctuary city that is crying broke and trying to attract the Olympics? Do you believe that this could be an election issue?

Lets name a few of the more popular ones that we know about and maybe someone will pick up the ball and run with it.

Is it? Is the ASA intention to use the administrative breath test still in play? Or has it been shot down? I assume their is further evidence, i.e. the video. The bartender may have testified he was serving shots of water ... but this is a question of fact for the jury to decide, no?

So isn,t your contention that the only bit if evidence is the administrative test, in fact, false?

____________________________

The Constitution requires that the offender have the opportunity to confront witnesses against him. The State bringing our the witnesses prior statements that the officer did, in fact kill, Detective Robert Soto and his female partner, in an effort to get a conviction, could not be done according to our hearsay laws. You cannot use the hunk of shit witnesses prior testimony to prove the case. You can only do so if they had made these statements in a court where they had been cross examined. Even if they had made them to a grand jury you could not use them to prove the case. You could only use them to impeach their testimony. But you can't bring out their statments that shithead killed Det. Soto to PROVE that he killed Det. Soto.

I don't think the state has any evidence to bring to the table.

The state has no option here. It's not the cops fault either. We can only work with what were givien. We can work our asses off to get statements from 'friends' of the offender, but when these witnesses recant, or fail to show up at court at all, we are screwed.

Where do you concoct this bullshit? If it were not for the CPD bosses making him blow administratively this case would be a non-issue. Now listen closely the key word is administratively. You as a citizen, which JA is, has a right to refuse conduct a breath test. The only way to prove he was drunk was to draw his blood. Which given the circumstances could not be done and if done would be considered an illegal seizure, case thrown out, lawsuit filed, JA is rich via City of Chicago.
I'm sick of all you Po po hating shit-house lawyers. Hey look dickhead if you don't believe us go to the library, crack open up a law book(under law) and read it for yourself.
You are too ignorant to even connect the dots. So I'll give it my best to try and enlighten you. A judge has already ruled that there is not enough evidence(none) in the JA case, and had thrown it out. The only evidence that could be obtained was through an administrative procedure, that while okay for department purposes is not usable in the court of law(against your civil rights). Just to avoid your stupidity, the video means shit. The bartender testified the shots were water and he is CLEARLY LEAVING WITH A BOTTLE OF WATER. Hence the SA office already knows that the a Cook Co. Judge has ruled that the evidence is not enough to even stand trial.

The connection is that they drop the charges on the cop killer, because of lack of evidence, but they prosecute a cop even in the face of it. Do you understand now?

I will bet every penny I have he will be found not guilty, in fact I'll bet the case doesn't get past a motion.

I don't have much respect for Tony Peraica. This past May he was present at the Cook County Police Memorial in Cermak Park, Lyons. They have been seeking donations for the past several years but fell behind because CPD grabbed up most of the big business sponsors. Anyway, Peraica got up to give a speech, he more or less was pushing his pet project, the Youth Water Park that cost the County $4.5 million. What did they give toward the County Memorial - Zero. All monies being collected for the memorial are strickly donations. If you see them collecting, please donate as all CPD officers names will be one the monument and all officers who lost their lives while serving in this County. Peraika, KMA - typical fake politician.

--------------------

My thought too. At first I was on SCC's side, angered by the false comparison of the ASA's failing to cahrge one weak case, and going forward with another weak case. However, due to my ability to think, I soon realized that in the killing of Det. Soto the state really has no evidence to bring forward.

The DUI case has weak evidence ... but it IS evidence. The Det. Soto case is different.

Let's judge on a case-by-case basis here.

No, the ASA is NOT OUR FRIEND. But these cases are apples and oranges. AND I am angered by the states charge of RECKLESS HOMICIDE. In fact, I am Irate about it. The DUI ...well, it's weak, but it is NOT AN UNFAIR CHARGE the way I understand it. I could be wrong and I am certainly not out to get anyone here. And I do understand that the Mexicans were both drunk and were at fault in that they did not stop at the sign and all the cop did was drive straight down Damen when these "victims" drunkenly shot out in front of them.

There are some questions I have about the DUI but I will not bring them out on a public board read by the media.

What a waste of time and taxpayer money to further pursue this case. Once again the officer is paraded through the media circus to pile on further stress to himself, his family, friends and co-workers for a tragedy that rarely, if ever, has been fully reported. Media reports continually omit mentioning the facts against the deceased driver and his unlawful actions which caused the crash to begin with. This should blow over quickly, however the detrimental effects will be very long lasting.

Incidents like these should serve as a reminder that we are often all we have for each other and it’s in all of our best interests to stick together and not be beaten down.

How do you know he was "drunk"? Was he at fault for the accident? The investigation at the scene ruled he was not the cause of the accident. He was indicted because of a video? Where are the witnesses to the accident? He was charged and a judge ruled no probable cause. You mean that a video determines probable cause? What were the BAC's of the other two drivers? Ummm...liberal! First off...there's no proof he was intoxicated. But, i guess you are a master at evaluating BAC levels months later by reading a newspaper. Second, the dead guys were drunk and blew a stop sign at the intersection, causing the accident. No dispute from anyone. Once agsin, because the "newspapers" say he killed them, does not make it true.
Also, witnesses in the Soto case recanted their stories due to intimidation by the gang the offender was affiliated with. They had evidence and released him.
First case, no evidence (sip your latte) as stated by a judge that you elected at his probable cause hearing...prosecute
Second case, evidence exists (sip) according to a state's attorney you elected...released.
Hopefully, I was able to educate you on the meaning of corollation. Go back to your liberal college professor and ask for your money back.

I heard the state would not approve Reckless Homicide charges against the driver because Hart was drinking. Sounds the same here, but not when it's a cop. Cop killed by drunk driver when cop drinking, no charges. Sounds like double standard.

The only way to get peace of mind is to move to a strong GOP state.

RE Periaca:

Periaca is a screwball democrat parading himself to be republican because he can't get any of the political clout positions he has run for and lost.

Shameful, the entire case. It doesn't pay to live here in Chicago anymore. I feel terrible for the officer and his family. Railroaded. He wasn't intoxicated. It's not against the law to have a drink. It's frightening to think that the bar surveilance tape was used.
So from here on out, no beverages unless in a plastic cup.
You can sit at a red light and get slammed by a drunk, but because you had a drink you'll be charged when drunky kills him/herself.
City hall is trying to tell bars when they can serve alcohol based on a sporting event. Mayor Dick shut down half of the bars in the city when he got into office and destroying the essence of neighborhoods and communities, forcing people to drive elsewhere to socialize.
He and his people have taken away our gun rights, business owners rights, our civil rights with these ridiculous cameras, our right to pedal a bike on a sidewalk.
Do you think for a second he would protect the rights of a police officer who is to uphold the rights of the community? Never.

Have any of you heard of coach Pete Carril? Well, his vaunted Princeton offense used a series of passes and a back-door cut to score. He was the most successful coach in the Ivy League. My point? I am getting there.

While everyone is indignant over how JA could be indicted, the Feds are setting up that back-door cut to the basket.

I would ask myself, who are the detectives who first investigated this case? Who was the ASA who reviewed this case, originally the night of the accident? Was she thorough? Were the detectives thorough? Who were the people within the CCSAO who viewed the videotape and did nothing?

It seems to me this family of "drunk gangbangers" has been pretty successful at bringing charges against the police officer who killed their boys. I wonder what they are whispering in Fitz's ear?

Great Point about the late Officer Harts. He was killed in an auto accident. The other party was drunk and DUI. The state would not approve reckless homicide because of BAC in Officer Harts. I know there must be a states attorney out there who reads this. What is the difference besides political?

Darren O'Brien leads the parade of assholes.

Some piece of shit witneess flips and they look at you sideways like you forced a witness to say things.

Remember this when a ASA is the victim of a crime and they come out with both barrels to charge someone. Do EVERYTHING by the book. Have witnesses sign that witness form. Explain to them that they don't have to be there.

It pains me to say this in that I don't like to see any piece of shit victimize yet another person but why should we go the extra mile when they don't on our cases and then re-indict a fellow officer on some bullshit.

"If the Department exempts who were on scene disregarded their own General Orders regarding some unknown timeliness of the sobriety testing,"
this sounds like they let him off the hook. i agree the other kids were drunk and caused the accident. but from the looks of it the officer was pounding em down pretty good. and please don't insult anybodys intelligence by saying he was drinking shots of water. i don't know, are any of the following true? in a accident with injurys or fatalties aren't you supposed to check for drugs or alcohol on the spot? didn't that get waived for this guy or was there a long time lapse? if those things are true than this stinks. if a drunk driver killed your kids, even if the accident was your kids fault and your kid was drunk would you feel this was a hose job? or would you be angry and want some measure of justice?

On a different topic maybe you guys can help me help an older babe. Last night at Duggans I made eye contact with a hot blond older gal who I think is either a Federal Narcotics boss or a federal prosecutor. She was stunning.

Wow she had a body on her. She's older than me but I know I am serious cougar bait. Just when I was ready to introduce myself a waist size 44 Sargeant got in the way and started talking to her and C blocking so she couldn't continue making eye contact with me. She was with some folks who were deferential to her and I was with my guys. I was wearing a Hawks Jersey, Columbia board shorts, Merrell hikers, and my favorite good luck tinted Oakley shades, plus a Cubbies lid on my head. My hair was in a pony tail and I have my left ear pierced with a gold hoop. She winked at me as she was leaving. I am hoping if she reads this blog or maybe a copper working with a fed task force (my dream spot) she and I can hook up.

Anybody know her name and how to contact her?

If someone knows first hand any different, please correct me, but I was under the understanding that the driver of the other vehicle was the cause of the accident, and the other driver was well over the legal limit. In other words, the so called victims, were at fault. If this is true, this is definately a witch hunt to screw policemen. In any other case, the vehicle in the wrong, and the driver, are the state's main concern.

I also have to comment on the paragraph in which SCC states that if the exempts at the scene violated general orders in regards to securing the BAC in a timely fashion, they should be dealt with civily. Unfortunately, you can't win. If the exempts demanded BAC at the scene, every PO in the city would be calling him/her a JO. I am confused by the expectations of some department members.

What's the definition of hypocrisy?

Daley comes close to being that definition, in his letter to the governor of Iowa, purportedly requesting a pardon for Officer Mette.

Funny how this happened after Officer Mette's appeal hearing, and not immediately after his wrongful conviction.

It must have slipped Daley's mind at the time.

This is getting so ridiculous and disgusting. Do Daley, Judges, lawyers, politicians and Jfed want to destroy our city? They are morons or evil if they think this is the way to correct the situation.
Jfed, you are an outsider, you have been given an opportunity to stand up like a man and make a difference. You don't have to fall in line with Daley's machine. Whatever you've been promised cannot possibly make up for the utter shame you will feel deep inside for the rest of your life. You could have made a difference. What a book you could have written then.
Jfed, You may get rich out of this but you are supposed to be a warrior for good! Your legacy will be that of a greedy coward!

It's starting to look like the Police need their own 'Martin Luther King Jr.' to bring them up from 'the back of the bus' and allow them the same rights that are granted to U.S. citizens. I'm not joking! With cop killers getting off and no witness tampering filed, gangbangers, illegals, nonworking scum getting special treatment....whatever happened to 'all men are created equal'? If anyone deserves a little special treatment it's the POLICE and Firefighters who deal with much horror so we don't have to! Remember 9-11!! Police and Fire were running into the building to help when everyone else was trying to get out!

We all do need to be equal in this country and the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction. It's time to achieve equilibrium! With freedom comes responsibility. That does not mean handouts when you don't deserve them! Drug testing for welfare! If you're able bodied, WORK! This ghetto lottery has to stop. Big business and government need to support economy for all in U.S. - not just their own pockets. We need a new political party that makes sense.
Police deserve the same rights! We all need to work hard and be ethical. God, Family, Country! ...or we will lose this great country. You can damn well bet our enemies have a single minded focus against us.

What do these idiots think is going to happen to our civilization when no one wants to be a police officer for fear of persecution and discrimination?
Finally we are treating our soldiers with respect(not like in Vietnam), don't people realize that you(the police) are our soldiers here? You put your lives on the line for us!

In this case it looks like the family just wants to win the 'Ghetto Lottery' that is handed out so frequently. We can't count on the news to report this particular(or any police related) incident fairly. We are losing what makes our country great! Heaven forbid that this family accept that the deceased are responsible for their own actions! We taxpayers pay for this. Oh Lord! When will this nightmare end??!!

Thank You, SCC for a much needed forum for free speech.

Be safe officers, some of us truly appreciate your sacrifices.

Sorry for the rant,
A Citizen

*******************************************************

What statute are you talking about, SCC? Also when you say there is no evidence, are you including the video of the officer downing shots at the bar? That looks like evidence to me.
That said, I am very suspicious of the case as the civil lawyer who stands to make a fortune is Daniel O'Connor, little brother of Daley's City Council floor leader, Pat O'Connor. WTF?

Peraica is a prime example of why the Republican party is dead in IL.

I dont know why everyone is shocked ASA's are politicians after all and will sacrifice their first born for a win or political points.

After all ASA's are still LAWYERS!!!!

That said shame on any CPD copper driving drunk in this climate. And dont give that "anyone can ake a mistake" Bullsh!t the vast majority of coppers getting in trouble for DUI are the ones who do it regularly.

Personally, I think the copper was drunk or close to it at the time. But no matter, the same rules of evidence and procedure apply to police as to the citizenry.

The dead dudes were drunk, and the dead driver is the one who caused the accident. Reckless homicide cannot be proven just because the copper was drunk.

If the case goes to trial, expect a not guilty finding. The administrative phase will probably toast the copper, because no one will believe he was drinking shots of water.

Bottom line: Don't drink if you've had too many, because you can still be in an accident and be crucified even when it's not your fault.

Next time you are asked by an asa the usual question of, "officer is there a cell phone number I can reach you at"? Tell them NO.
It is their job to subpoena you for the case. Since we haven't had a raise in over a year and taxes are up in crook county it is expensive to own a cell phone.
Remember they willl let a Murderer of a Detective to Indict us. F them.

He got drunk. He got in his car and killed two people and then other people helped him cover it up. One case has nothing to do with the other.
-------------------------

If you were accurate then you'd be right..However, you are wrong. The officer was not the at fault vehicle. One of the dead guys disregarded a traffic control device thus slamming into the side of the officer's vehicle and at a very high rate of speed. In addition, bot of the two dead guys were well over the legal limit of intoxication..This officer just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was himself, the victim of a DUI driver...

You are seeing firsthand the changing of the guard people. Answer your calls and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. Your next call, could be your last on this job.

Remember, a murderer is walking the street because of some bullshit alibi that everyone, including the ASA's at 26th street know is nothing but a pack of lies.

I can't wait to see the video of that shitbird in the cell being given food and water.

Every member of this department, man or woman, is in the crosshairs of every ASA at 26th street. As well as JFED. We are all, nothing more than prey in a political witch hunt.

SPECIAL EVENTS OVERTIME INITIATIVE 09/24/08

The Department recently added the above program to the Officer Deployment programs that have been customarily available to police officers in D-1, D-2, and D-2A pay grades.

This program has opportunities to work the Chicago Marathon on 12 Oct 08 and Sunday Parkways on 05 Oct 08 and 26 Oct 08.

This program has been limited to D-1 pay grades only. Any member who would have had the ability to bid for and be available to work one or all of the above opportunities and was excluded due to his/her pay grade should file a grievance under Article 16 and related articles. The body of the grievance should read: Grievant was denied the opportunity to participate in the Special Events Overtime Initiative on ( list date(s) ) due to the fact that grievant was in a ( list pay grade) status. Grievant wishes to recover all monies lost due to this exclusion and have the contract made whole.

Secondly Short Bus, they only released the info about the triple murdering trade show model about 1300 hours. Since we let this place run itself about 22 hours a day and do all our updates just prior to midnight, how the fuck are we supposed to address anything?

Third, it's a Skokie case, not Chicago. And a judge sentenced her, not us. The judge found all sorts of "mitigating" factors to get her out after 3.5 years.

You don't like the result, change the law. MADD was founded on such a principle. Don't blame the police, challenge the legislature which passes LAWS. Challenge the judges that interpret LAWS.

And J-Fed is out for our head? Is this a set up for Keesing?

There'sa ton of anger and the public will need to vent on somebody. The POLITICIANS need to detract attention from themselves and onto another part of government. The easiest target is us.

Little Dick Daley IS going to be indicted by Patrick Fitzgerald. But he is going to try Al Sanchez, Victor Reyes and his wife, Degnan, Donovan, maybe Joyce and then little Richie! Blago should be any day now but since the election is right around the corner they will be holding off till after the first of the year. That’s BS but the Justice Department has a policy of waiting as to not affect the outcome of an election. But by holding off the rest of the country is unaware as to Blago and the shake down shuttle and the 60 plus indictments out of city hall since the truck for hire thing started. This whole Olympic facade was to take the public’s mind off of City Hall as is the phoney budget shortfall that happen every fur years. It’s going to happen just not as fast as we want it to.

P.S. does J-Fed look like a dear in the headlights? And all of the planning for the possibly of the Cubs winning the Playoff is a facade to prepare for the Obama riots. Take that to the bank!

Also, many many years ago when in the bar business would often short shot the person so they could stay longer. Of course then, would not charge them for every 3rd drink.

So the lenghth of time or amount of drinks, shots mean nothing.

Maybe after the accident JA had a couple drinks to calm his nerves when nobody was observing him and that could explain why his BAC showed trace amounts of alcohol hours later.
Was he under observation at all times during this period(8 hours) when numerous police officers had no suspicion of DUI.Is every officer involved going to testify that he was observed, searched and under arrest during the period in question. I think not!
Let's face it there is a number of reasons to get this case dismissed but we all know this has to do with suing the city at a later date.

COPS TASER DERANGED NAKED MAN
INCIDENT CAUGHT ON VIDEO

With police shouting for him to get down, the man climbed down to a ledge above a metal roll-down storefront cover.

He then picked up what appears to be a six-foot fluorescent light and waved it in the air.

"Walk down now! Move down!" the police can be heard shouting to him.

He refused the order and continued his incoherent tirade, the video shows.

Finally, one of the cops can be seen shooting him with the taser, sending the mad man head first to the street 10 feet below. It was unclear what set off his seemingly psychotic episode.

This is unfucking believable!! They get an indictment on a video of him drinking. What do people do at a bar? In that case everyone in that bar caught on video drinking can be charged with a DUI without blowing on a machine. CTIZENS !!!!! realize this is what the SAO is saying they can do to you, see police officers are citizens too. They have no evidence to prove he was over the legal drinking/driving limit, just a video of what regular citizens do at a bar, CONSUME ALCOHOL.
I know one of my family members or I can be killed by a drunk but this case is a witch hunt and a double standard of the way the crook county states attorneys operate. Citizens if you don't believe the comments from the majority of coppers posting here may I suggest this. If you know a lawyer, states attorney, judge. or police officer in any part of this country ask them if with the evidence and the judge's ruling would they seek to indict any regular citizen. Anita Alvarez voted NO to releasing the officer's names. Peraica is not a Republican but a bigmouthed airbag Democrat/R.I.N.O.

Just because someone is a Republican doesn't mean they are good, most are R.I.N.O.'s in Illinois and hold very little to no conservative values.

Example, the Illinois Gubernatorial race with George Ryan-R running against Glen Poshard-D. Glen Poshard was the far more conservative candidate and was not endorsed by the Democratic Party in Cook County. The Democrats subvertly endorsed and worked for the alleged Republican candidate George Ryan. You have to pay attention and get educated before you vote.

FILE A FEDERAL LAWSUIT FOR MALICIOUS PROSECUTION!!!!
Just a good suggestion, let us see how the writing ASA and the Office like a multi million dollar lawsuit that will take years to litigate.

9/24/2008 09:09:00 AM

Apparently you guys don't know, but ASA's and judges are immune from these lawsuits. Now what say you?

9/24/2008 09:37:00 PM

Why wasn't Nifong immune? Absoloute Bullshit, you are not above the law. He should also file a complaint with the ARDC and the Chicago Bar Association.

My hair was in a pony tail and I have my left ear pierced with a gold hoop. She winked at me as she was leaving. I am hoping if she reads this blog or maybe a copper working with a fed task force (my dream spot) she and I can hook up.

Anybody know her name and how to contact her?

Roddy will sell this kid down the river faster than a speeding bullet. I have seen it done to several coppers who were to dumb to see it coming. Roddy plays all sides and accrues favors for himself while letting coppers hang.

9/24/2008 09:02:00 PM

This case has huge implications for all of us.

To start with, sidelining a Judge's ruling for political correctness and to continue the police witch hunt, using or attempting to use an administrative procedure in a criminal case when it is against the law, using a videotape to ascertain wether someone was consuming alcohol instead of water after the bartender testifed it was water.

This guy is being railroaded and it could be you next.

Make sure you help yourself because no one at the FLOP will help you. There is such a thing as a class action grievance. Does FLOP not know this or do they just want to fuck officers the same way they did with the housing grievance. they got sued for that one. Call FLOP & demand action so it's not just their buddies making money off the grievance. Bullshit.

9/24/2008 10:42:00 PM

Hey boss lets also look at if there is overtime at crime lab, on daleys deatil, bomb and arson lets open it all up for the patrolmen to work also fair is fair! Also we could fill in for the dics, why not?

9/24/2008 12:34:00 PM

I was a bartender for years. I use to give water shots to people who did not want to have the shots. Some people insist on buying you/customer a shot. I can tell you I probably gave out water every Friday night!!!

ALL RETARDS PLEASE LISTEN.

LEGALLY JA WAS NOT REQUIRED TO BLOW OR GIVE BLOOD. EVEN IF THE BOSSES HAD FORCED HIM TO BLOW ON SCENE IT WOULD NOT MATTER. HE WAS FORCED TO ABANDON HIS CIVIL RIGHTS UNDER DURESS, THAT MEANS THAT IT CANNOT BE USED IN A COURT OF LAW.

How did the good officer get to have a BAC of 0.032 eight hours after the accident? Reverse osmosis due to all those shots of water.

Hey SCC, where's the outrage about that little white girl out in the suburbs who killed those three young men in a traffic accident while supposedly trying to kill herself. She did 28 months and was released today....Wow...Now that's justice huh... I can understand why J-fed is out for your head...With this racially bias blog, he can't wait to sniff you out.

9/24/2008 07:56:00 PM

Your are a complete idiot. When you have no logical response you cry racism. That case has nothing to do with this one. In fact that little white chick killed three white people. She served the time the judge gave her.
I got one for you fuck face. A former CPD PO is doing 14years for smashing into to two Arabs. Was he fucked up? Yes. Does he deserve to be in jail? Yes. How come she does 28 months of 8yrs for killing three people and the ex copper is doing 14 years and paroles on ten for killing 2. Why is he doing 14 years and she is doing 28 months. Is it because he was white?

"At that time, Mr. Giddings pulled out a .45-caliber semi-automatic, shooting the officer, striking him several times. The officer went down, and then he stood over him and executed him, shooting him several more times," Capt. James Clark of the department's homicide division said during Wednesday's news conference.

Hey asswipe, the dicks didn't fuck up the Soto case. Know what you're talking about. You can't do anything if the witnesses recant their statements in front of the Grand Jury. If a witness flips their isn't anything you can do, PERIOD!

IT'S AN EASY CHOICE.

IT WOULD RUIN DALEY'S CRIME FAMILY IF PERAICA GETS ELECTED.

VOTE ACCORDINGLY.

The reason Ofc. Ardelean got four counts is because per dead guy, he got two counts, one for driving under the influence, causing death or great bodily harm, and presumably, one for driving under the influence (possibly) with a BAC over .08...which from the news reports show that he couldn't have done...unless there's something we don't know...or the SA's office believes they can use testimony from scientists to extrapolate backwards his BAC at the time of the accident.
