- According to the list put out by the department the following members have not completed mandatory ethics training:
Jody Weis, Ernest Brown, James Jackson
We're sure they'll be having their minions take that pesky test for them right away.

They aren't supposed to have Ethics, they're exempt personel put in place by shortshanks who by the way can't spell Ethics.
Will they get charged the fine?
LOL--Give me a fucking break! The majority (I said, "majority") of exempts in this department do not know their asses from a hole in the ground. It comes as no surprise to me that these nitwits have not take the ethical training. The test itself is a farce, probably the biggest farce in the realm of ethics and morality I know of, but it does not surprise me that these nitwits have not taken this required department "test".
I am so disgusted that I cannot wait to hit 55 and get the hell out of here! I just hope I can get the medical benefit for leaving this job early in a few years.

Not for downtown Ernie Brown. He could never pass the ethics test but he qualified to be in charge of patrol. WTF!
The last day for taking the exam is in October. No one is delinquent until after the October deadline.
The test itself is a farce, probably the biggest farce in the realm of ethics and morality I know of, but it does not surprise me that these nitwits have not taken this required department "test".
The exempts know it's a farce. That is why there's no incentive to take the exam.

Add georgas to the mix of non-ethics. Here we have the ADS of SFG auctioning off tours of the marine unit as well as "ride a longs" as fundraisers for his kids school. It's been going on for a while since he was originally assigned and now his secretary KK has it going on too. Money goes directly to the school (wink, wink)he just sends the people there without the real background info and expects it to be done. Of course it's always a "favor" too bad the people are talking about their auction purchase to the guys on the boats. How many other "tours" are being sold off? What other units are involved. Inquiring minds want to know
Who gives a damn about J-Fled and EB, but Jackson should feel at least a thimble full of shame about letting this happen. It's not like he's swamped with official duties, with his career already eclipsed by Aunt Bea and NOW EB. Damn, Jimmy, we really didn't know you as well as we thought we did. and yes, we know it's just a BS test, but c'mon, you're supposed to be the 2nd in command, although we know it's just a farce. Show a little goddamn pride.
Obviously the exempt is exempt of ethics. How fucking crazy is that!!!!
We get threatened with spars and cr #'s and our brazen leaders don't even take the mandatory test.

I smell an IAD investigation, unless city hall puts it's nose into it. Of course, it's not the same Georgas as the head corp counsel is it? This has always been denied. I'd like to know who does the backgrounds on those taking rides on the boats, esp. in these terrorist times. I mean c'mon, isn't that why shortshanks bulldozed Meigs in the middle of the night? He wanted Meigs gone because of the possibility of terrorists...how come we aren't keeping a close eye on those checking out our marine unit?

If the above is true, I believe a CL number should be initiated. Hello out there...
For those of you citizens who don't understand the "ethics" test, let me fill you in. It's ethically challenged. It's so easy, a "merit" promotee could pass it (thank you, geico , sorry, cavemen, except our own caveman, jp) Truth is even if you get a question wrong, the program makes you repeat the same question until your stupid ass gets it right. Only in this bizarro city would this be permitted.
Is someone going to investigate Georgas and his staff for the "auctioning" of police "rides" on the marine boats and vehicles? Someone should be in A LOT of trouble for this and I mean a DEMOTION!!! I can't believe this is true and no one has done anything about it.....IAD/Confidential unit some one begin investigation!!
