Where's the Tape?

We caught the tail end of this report, but we can't find it in the FOX Chicago archives. It seems an overly liberal media member was interviewing the relatives of the recently deceased home invader attempting to gin up some sympathy for the offender. They attempted to paint the shithead as some sort of Jean Valjean type character (IR #24601) who was only stealing to feed his family.

What the fuck? That doesn't justify shit. They'd have better luck if he was shoplifting bread or something from a local grocery story - but that still wouldn't make it right. Breaking into a home means he isn't searching for food, he's searching for something expensive and portable to pawn or sell.

And it gets even better according to a reader:
  • He was charged with home invasion and an additional charge as habitual felon; trial was to begin next week. Home invasion was in Tinley Park. All I have to say is good riddance!! He was out on bail. Shame on the judge for setting bail so low!!
Here's a suggestion for any of the media trollers coming around here. How about you go to court once in a while? See what bails the judges are setting. See what gets rejected for no apparent reason. See the habitual and truly low life life scumbags who are nothing but a drain on society walking out to inflict more pain and suffering on people.

Maybe Ben Javorsky can get something going.

SCC, there were two stories this weekend involving home invasions. In one, two dudes home invaded and murdered an innocent person, the home owner. They were eventually arrested only to be released one day to home invade again. In another, a home invader home invaded a home that belonged to an off duty Chicago Police Officer who shot and killed that home invader. The newsmedia is trying to portray that home invader as the victim of Police brutality because he was shot thirteen times by the real victim, the Chicago Police Officer. Not once in that piece FOX ran did they mention anything about the criminal history of the criminal which included PREVIOUS arrests for home invasion. They instead let the relatives of the home invader rant on about what a good guy he was and how awful it was for the VICTIM, the Chicago Police Officer to have shot their relative thirteen times. I say fuck, FOX, fuck CBS,Fuck NBC and fuck ABC or any other newsmedia outlet that continually slants the reporting of the news in a manner that is consistent with their anti-government, anti-police or liberal viewpoint. DON'T TALK TO THE NEWSMEDIA IN AN EFFORT TO GET 15 SECONDS OF FAME!

The report demonized the officer and described the mutt as the victim...oh and again, they showed the officer's address. Media Asshats

WHY would they interview the deceased's family. Why? Fair play would be to ask anyone on the street how they would feel for someone to break into their house, threaten the residents and then take what they have worked hard for all their life because the offender needs to feed his fucking family. Further, the "story" is never the real fucking story. He has probably had opportunity after opportunity. Is a lazy piece of shit substance abuser who was going to fence everything he stole to buy some more dope or party.

Please, what has happened to our society? What has happened to the media? STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE AIRTIME AND A FUCKING VOICE. NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR IT. NOBODY CARES, DON'T YOU CRYBABY REPORTERS GET IT? How old are these asshole editors? Do they know anything about life?

It disgusts me.

And, they will also see the total lack of caring and incompetence of many of the courtroom states' attorneys. Many of them just do not give a rats ass, do not prepare for trial and fail to obtain the needed reports for trial. On top of that, the constanat shifting of court personnel from one court to another and you keep explaining the case to someone new over and over. And, I am talking about local felony and misdeameanor courts.I went to trial on a 84 grand theft case the the ASA never sent the files to the defense attorney so they could not be used in court. The thief walked. What bullshit.

O/T and maybe you could do a post of this SCC so the media can run with it. They are yelling about the police officer shortage this is what I posted in the 501 and the supts response

Seeing as though the department is down a significant amount of manpower, why don't we utilize the hundreds of applications of officers that have left the job for some reason and are seeking to return. The city tells them that they can come back but Human Resources has the applications in a drawer. These are officers that were not granted Leaves of Absence but were forced to resign.. One example of this is people switching to the Chicago Fire Department. I believe that the last person allowed to return to work after resigning was a lieutenant who just recently retired as an Inspector. These people that want to return could be retrained in a very short period of time therefore alleviating some of our manpower shortage before summer. (And again THEY WANT TO RETURN TO THE CPD!)

Superintendent's Response

I agree with you 100 percent. The issue is funding for the officers we hire. Due to the city's fiscal position, we have not been allowed to hire a class YTD. You make a valid point and this is something we can look into if, and when, we receive the green light to hire folks. JW

As you can see the Director of Personnel is sitting on qualified applications for police officers to return. Hey media pick this up and run with it.

I saw the report on the news following the Bears game. What a disgrace. They actually interviewed the POS's brother who stated, "Aren't the police trained to shoot once and then handcuff them?". No shit head, we are trained to stop your home invader brother dead in his tracks. And again they made sure to zoom in to the officers address. Nice job Fox. I immediately fired off an email to complain, maybe enough of us did to have them pull the story. Good riddance.

As long as the black community refuses to take responsibility for all the violence being done nothing will ever change. A true leader is needed to change the mentality of entitlement to accountability. The Jesse Jackson types are only parasites who peddle racism to line their own pockets. If this continues, this city and country will reach a boiling point of violence previously unseen. Things have to change.

The first part is about a poster from the late 60's, which they track to the artist. It covers the Democratic Convention and a retired CPD explains how it was during the rioting. The best part is that the anti-establishment artist is a 49th Ward Committeeman today.

Let's see, shall I let him whack me in the face and the skull and let him then go after my family members and ransack my home? or - do I defend my home and nail him before he nail's me.

Shame on the media for even thinking of presenting the habitual offender's family on TV boohoo-ing about this police officer defending himself. No wonder this country is in such a mess.

Yes, the 25th district is an annex of Mexico. They can't hire new police officers so that at least afternoons and midnights have 2-person cars, THAT can't happen. They can't build more schools on the NW or SW side where all the city workers live and pay taxes....can't to that. We have to send our kids to schools that are nearly 90-100 years old and might as well throw in a couple of trailers for the overflow.

And yes, there is money to promote a 4 year wonder and make him commander of the crystal ball unit.

Any one see Fox News when the Animal Control officer instructed citizens to bring in their alligators to Police department stations for turn-in. Hey Mayor Daley why do we have an animal control department? You have a deadly animal take it to Animal Control or you can bring it to the police station where we collect unwanted babies, homeless people, and lost puppies - that's what we need in the same building as babies and puppies a hungry alligator. The police have to put down a cougar, track down a alligator, and put down deer on impaled on fences. Just fire all those Animal Control parasites and save the citizens the taxes dollars!!!

Parts of 025 are so heavily overpopulated by "blended families" jammed into single-family homes -- the five or six mailboxes screwed to the new, ugly wrought-iron fence are a dead giveaway, as are the seven cars parked in the paved-over front yard -- that Bel/Cragin is about the only part of Chicago that gets two garbage pickups a week in a desperate effort to keep the rats down; huge piles of dirty diapers, old tires, and car fenders mixed with empty Corona bottles, #10 institutional-size cans of pozole, smashed plastic toys, sodden mattresses, and hundreds of pairs of silly women's high heels.

I see empty five-gallon buckets of Suavecito liquid fabric softener that were only manufactured a few months ago, from the date on the label. I have one here. How may people can there be in there to go through that much fabric softener that fast, at two ounces per load?

A Streets and San employee who acknowledged this problem some years back was fired for her honesty.
