Subway Robber Rap Sheet

Yet another shining example of what the Cook County court system allows to roam the streets:
  • Did you see this savage's rap sheet. My God. Twenty some odd felony arrests. 6 convictions. Been doing armed robberies since '95. Nice career choice. I am sure he was just about to turn his life around before the SUBWAY clerk attacked him for no reason. Wanted to study electrical engineering. Cook County justice, farce.
How many deals were made for this piece of crap to be out roaming the streets? And all for an inflated conviction rate so some political hack can run on their "record."

Does anyone think Cook county voters will ever wake up?

Um, NO. Proof lies in the fact the voters are falling hook, iine and Hollywood-engineered sinker for Rahm's fake little whimper in his campaign commercial.

Yeah, sure; it's all about putting that light back in the eyes of street-hardened kids who've seen far more of the 'real' world than Rahm ever will.

Well I guess we can either spend our tax money on this circle jerk justice system or we can let the jerks run free and put the money in the pension system from the incarceration savings.

Either way the taxpayers are going to pay for it via more taxes or via the direct contribution to the crooks themselves on the street.

20 years? 30 years?
Who knows? By the time the verdict comes down, I wouldn't be surprised to hear time served and 5 years felony probation.

Illinois needs a three time loser law. Three felony convictions and you go away for life.

SCC, an interesting footnote to this whole incident. The Des Plaines Police Chief came to the 024th District roll call at 5:30am to personally thank the officers involved in the arrest of this animal. It speaks volumes when a Chief from another department sees fit to visit coppers from another DEPARTMENT to acknowledge good work and Jody can't even make a statement to the media (which he seems to have on speed dial)praising his officers.

How about this former POS? Sentence to 7yrs in 2007 and walking the streets in 2011. Karma caught up with him though.

Oh thank you oh wise crook county judges, oh wise alvarez, and oh wise burke(for slating the bonehead judges). For determining that it is important for these repeat violent offenders to continually co-mingle with taxpayers.

And how many victims and cops refused or failed to show up in court. How many bags of evidence were lost and missing from ERPS. There is no "conviction rate." Convictions for the most part are a function of the quality of the investigation and the witnesses. Each case is what it is, and many need to be plead out or would be not guiltys.

Cook county is a joke! God forbid anyone of our loved ones becomes a victim in this joke of a county. Cook county continues to let the predators know that there will only be a mild punishment for their crimes and that crime does actually pay in crook county.

A GREAT feel good story from the Chicago Tribune website today!!

Security guard kills man trying to rob armored truck on West Side

The incident unfolded about 9:45 a.m. at 3400 W. Chicago Ave. . . The witness approached she saw a man lying on the ground with blood gushing from his eyes.

“I ran out and saw the man (OFFENDER) on the ground, but he didn’t have no eyes,’ she said.

(He had his fuckin' eyes shot out by the armored car guard!!!!!)

“He kept trying to get up but was falling down and crawling. I was like, ‘Is this a movie?’ ” Simmons said.

The PRICK died at the hospital

Rest in pieces savage.

Um.....I wonder if any of the exempts or Jody have noticed that we're at about 23 homicides so far, surpassing January 2010 of only 20. For shame gentlemen. This is unacceptable.

Hampton,Larry(offender) will be serving time I hope much longer than in his past. He would have needed to rob half the Subway's in the country in order to post his bond for the 3 million he was ordered held on. He's an idiot!

You'll only see action when this piece of shit commits a violent act against a politician, judge, asa or one of their family members. Until then, this chronic violent nutcase goes free looking for his next unsuspecting victim.

Shame on those in charge (asa and judges) for not taking action and keeping this guy locked up for as long as possible. Any idiot reading the rap sheet should know this and act.
