- Osama bin Laden is dead and his body has been recovered by U.S. authorities, U.S. officials said on Sunday.
President Barack Obama was to make the dramatic announcement shortly in a hastily called, late-night appearance at the White House.
Justice may not always be swift, but we'll settle for "Sure Justice" any time.
Hopefully, the government wraps the corpse in bacon before incinerating it and scattering the ashes around the hot zones of the Bikini Island nuclear testing atolls.
Watch all the terror warnings and alerts kick into high gear over the next few hours, days or weeks. Everyone be careful and aware. God bless the troops who have been working on this for nine-and-a-half years now.

For I will always be proud to be a citizen of our Unite States. However, that sense of widespread national pride will wear off in a few weeks. Just like it did shortly after 9/11. ABC News reports are saying that Obama's advisers were against giving the raid a Go, Obama overruled then and gave the green light. If so a damn gutsy move, damn good move and it worked to perfection.

This was not a "kill or capture" mission but a straight up "kill" mission. Thank God that that softball OsamaBama realized that capturing and holding this POS for trial would have been a nightmare of galactic magnitude, they did the right thing.
