And dad seems to have an Interpol record for drugs, drugs, drugs and weapons offenses....nice neighbors you have up there in Northsiders.

I have yet to hear the policeman with the most extensive knowledge of Chicago gangs. Leo has not been interviewed or has not chimed in on the representation of Maniac Latin Disciple imagery on the Chicago city sticker.
Has anyone seen or heard Leo? I have never seen Leo remain silent like this.
Is Leo afraid to tell the truth? I have never seen Leo so timid and scared.

Susie's second-in-command at the clerk's office is an ex-house mouse CPD lieutenant, EK. He must be feeling a little foolish, but he has no reason to be embarassed. He never did a lick of police work when at CPD, so his lack of gang sign recognition is not unexpected.

Relax. The stickers weren't printed yet. I'm sure the City can afford to absorb the few hundred dollar set-up charge for different artwork. Go stress yourself over something important, like our pensions.

Just ask officer M.R. and R.S. in 014 who arrested this kid for a robbery in October. He cried whole time Mommy was there but the minute she stepped out he was boasting about being an MLD.
