He DID mention that of all those running for office, none of them spoke about the violence, but that quickly went away because the violence isn't everywhere. Basically, a guy online was able to, using tools like google cache that capture all public tweets and facebook postings, put together a picture of Trayvon that the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge (he had to use cached data because anything incriminating has been taken down & replaced with photos of Trayvon from when he was 12 y/o, not recent photos showing the monster he had become).
There are discussions between him & his friends about him selling drugs to them; discussion between him & his friends about his recent violent assault of a school bus driver; pictures of him with his tats, gold teeth, and even comments from his friends about how Trayvon beat up George Zimmerman before getting shot.
Also, it is mentioned and linked to an interview with Trayvon's parents about how he was, at the time, on a 10 day suspension from school, though his father insists it was for "being in an unauthorized area," and not for anything "involving violence or a crime." Yeah, right. Because people are often suspended for two whole weeks for being in an unauthorized area. Also, they ignore the fact that is coming to light that Trayvon was expelled from his public school two years ago for fighting & drug dealing, and instead was at this "magnet" school that sounds an awful like the "at-risk" academies we have here.
It's of course no surprise that Phleger won't let this tragedy go to waste, it's a great way to get his name & picture on TV & in the papers. I just want to know what he'll have to say once Trayvon's disciplinary & juvenile records are unsealed if Zimmerman actually goes to trial for this.

Do a google search for today's article in the Florida Sun-Sentinel called "George Zimmerman's account to police of Trayvon Martin shooting."
Besides it including mention of Zimmerman's story, eye-witness accounts, and police conclusions that Martin had punched Zimmerman in the face and then was assaulting him on the ground when he was shot, it also mentions that Martin was suspended for 10 days from his school when he was found with a bag of weed on him.
It doesn't say whether Martin was smoking the weed, selling it, or both, but now we know two things that fly in the face of what the family is claiming - he wasn't involved in drugs, and he wasn't violent.
If this case makes it to court, whether criminal prosecution or a civil case by the parents, Trayvon's school, discipline & legal records (all of which were immediately sealed by his family attorneys, which suggests there is very bad stuff in them) will be opened, and the truth about this thug will come to life.
If anything, in order to cash in on the ghetto lottery, the family does not want there to be a criminal trial (as all of this stuff will come out), and they don't want a civil trial, either. Their best bet is to try to intimidate Zimmerman's homeowner's insurance company into a settlement by letting it know they will go public that his insurance company is raycists & supporting a raycist child killer. It's all they've got.
My first month in law school I learned this saying - "If you have the facts, argue the facts; If you have the law, argue the law; If you have neither, pound the table really loudly."
The Martin family has neither, so all they've got is public sentiment from the illiterates & bleeding hearts who want to portray the little gangbanger as an innocent victim. I really hope his insurance company's lawyers don't fall for that.

There is bias but it is on both sides. The word is that he was 100 lbs bigger than Trayvon. The question will also be did Trayvon attack this guy because he was following him. Tell me what you're going to say to a teenager that whacks an armed adult that is following him. I'll tell you this. If an adult is following my son around and my son clocks him I'll go to bat for him because he now has a self-defense claim as well. The real issue is what kind of police work goes on at this department that is about to get torn a new one by the feds.

If you followed this horrendous crime, the animals that committed this crime have a new trial as of 11 Dec 2011, because the judge presiding over the case had drug problems, but that's another story. By the way the family finally stated that the reason Tray was on suspension from school was not because of excessive tardiness as previously reported but rather that he had a "trace" of marijuana in his backpack!

Actually, it was reported elsewhere that he had an empty baggie in his backpack and the school has a zero tolerance policy. So to say that he was suspended for a trace of marijuana is probably correct.

Senate bill morphs into Rahm Emanuel's Gun Registration Scheme
The Chicago Mayor's efforts to punish Illinois gun owners for Chicago's out of control crime problem continue in the Illinois Senate.
SB3625 – This bill would tack a $20.00 tax on every hand gun you own and require you to register like a sex offender.
THIS BILL HAS ONE PURPOSE AND ONE PURPOSE ONLY – TO PUNISH LAW-ABIDING FIREARM OWNERS
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and State Sen. Antonio Muñoz (IL-1) are continuing their attacks on firearm ownership in Illinois. Monday, Senator Muñoz amended a bill to turn it into Emanuel's handgun registration scheme, blaming law abiding Illinois handgun owners for his failure to control crime in Chicago. This bill makes it a felony, equivalent to arson, to possess an 'unregistered' handgun in the state and further punishes victims of crime through a 'Lost or Stolen' mandate, in other words, if you have your firearms stolen and don't report it to the police in a 'reasonable' amount of time, YOU will become the criminal. To them, owning a handgun without government permission is the same as burning someone's house down.
The only purpose of this bill is to make firearm ownership more onerous and expensive for Illinois residents during a time of economic hardship. It will have no effect on criminals except to give them peace of mind knowing that fewer people will be able to defend themselves.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP PRESERVE AND PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS
1. Contact your State Senator and politely inform him/her that you are a law-abiding firearm owner and that you do not support registering firearm owners like sex offenders. Tell him/her that you expect to see them vote AGAINST SB3625 if this antigun bill comes to the floor. Enough is enough. Cardinal George has shown himself to be incapable of handling Phather Phaker. Cardinal George should step down and allow for a replacement with a set of stones to step-in and handle the Phaker. Then let Phaker secede from the Catholic Church. No loss. Without the Catholic Church as a platform, he would quickly become irrelevant.
There is bias but it is on both sides. The word is that he was 100 lbs bigger than Trayvon. The question will also be did Trayvon attack this guy because he was following him. Tell me what you're going to say to a teenager that whacks an armed adult that is following him. I'll tell you this. If an adult is following my son around and my son clocks him I'll go to bat for him because he now has a self-defense claim as well. The real issue is what kind of police work goes on at this department that is about to get torn a new one by the feds.
