You provide a better service and do a greater good than any dead dog Chicago politician or knee-walking, decaying alive, pantyless whore local media member or so called legend in their own mind Police CEOs.

You and the fine men and women who refuse to "sit down, shut up" and graciously accept grief, aggravation and second class citizenship in a city they've given blood, sweat, tears and their lives to; are the ones who make this thing go.

SCC IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF TRUTH AND REAL NEWS IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN CITY!

Happy Birthday , good job keeping us informed . Now is not the time for a slow down , lock up , write every moving and parking violation you see , enforce every city ordinance , tvb citizens without a dl.
Shut the city down , with no cars available . X/O 's , merit lts. cannot order you to release people driving without a dl, suspended dl or no insurance , make small amounts on marijuana arrests .
It worked in the 70's before cpd had a union , an organization COP
brought old man daley to his knees .
Doing nothing takes the het off alderman and the mayor. Do your job.
It's contract time , don't let city show an arbitrator that Chicago's Finest refuses to work , show a need for more man power . Write a report for every domestic assault or battery , theft , burglary . Do not back down from the merit bosses .
Ask an old timer about that blitz in the 70's , it'll work. Go down on premise checks , write up taverns and stores for no business license.

Just a note did anyone see Rep. Tom Cross was said to be upset about diabetes cuts in Il. because his daughter is said to be a diabetic, however, he has no problem in cutting our pensions and attempting to give Rahm more say in our pension by trying to slip a bill thru putting more Rahm appointees in charge of our pension so they can vote the way the city tells them. Funny how that works when it affects you vs. having no stake in something. Amazing

OT: You need a "Take Down The Machine" section of your site. You can poll your audience on which scandal/politician MOST deserves to be investigated, and then open a thread up for comments where people with inside knowledge can post tips and clues anonymously. Apparently no federal agencies are concerned with Chicago politics, so, why can't you take this on? Look, Facebook helped topple some middle eastern shitbag leaders, right? So there's no reason to think that once your new site is built that Chicago crooks won't feel the same pressure. Let's spoon-fucking-feed the feds the inside knowledge they need to prosecute. Like all publicly available comment sites, you'll get your share of crap comments and wanna-be jokesters, but even if just one person is taken down because of it (Madigan?) wouldn't it catch on and be worth it?

* The Moline Dispatch took a look at how much some politicians put into their pensions vs. how much their cash benefits have been worth to date…

– Former Gov. Jim Edgar: $134,853 annually; $1.252 million total to date. His total contributions: $164,657.

– Former Gov. James Thompson: $131,031 annually; $2.023 million total to date. His total contributions: $84,966.

– Former Attorney General Roland Burris: $129,162 annually; $1.743 million total to date. His total contributions: $134,680.

Then again, our last two governors are ineligible to receive pensions, so maybe the bright side is their lawbreaking helped the pension fund a little bit.

****We wonder why our state pension system is screwed up, I'm sure Burris is gettin another pension from his short stint in the senate thanks to Blagoyashit!

Out-of-town butthole "protester" pleads out on aggravated battery to police officer; walks away with misdemeanor charges after three attacks

"NATO protester admits he tried to pull cop off bike"

BY RUMMANA HUSSAIN Criminal Courts Reporter/rhussain@suntimes.com May 30, 2012 12:16PM

"A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to two years court supervision for trying to pull a Chicago Police officer off her bicycle during the anti-NATO protests here earlier this month.

"Taylor Hall, 23, was sentenced last week after his felony charge of aggravated battery to a police officer was reduced to a misdemeanor and he pleaded guilty, court records show.

"The May 19 assault of the bike cop at 18th and Michigan was captured on video by a TV news helicopter, authorities said.

"Hall also assaulted two other officers that day and a day before but was not arrested in those cases, Cook County prosecutors said."

http://www.suntimes.com/news/crime/12866796-418/nato-protester-admits-he-tried-to-pull-cop-off-bike.html

What ever happened to "Sign for two years. You take this to trial and you lose, I'll give you five years."

The attack was on tape. You'd be insane to demand a trial.

Lots of people have gone into IDOC on charges like this.

Why does "Taylor" ("Brent," "Jared" -- these names!) skip away home?

It's such a tangle of "choom gangs" and unprosecuted one-punch killers and TIF giveaways and rent-a-bikes and speed cameras and CeaseFires and "sewer cleaners" and gangbanger aldermen and shady "revs" that the only thing that will get to the bottom of it is firing squads working three shifts, under floodlights, out on the old US Steel property.

CTA To Offer Corporate Naming Rights On 11 L Stations

May 30, 2012 4:58 PM

"CHICAGO (CBS) — The trend started with ballparks and stadiums, and now it will be happening with several CTA L stops.

"The Chicago Transit Authority will offer exclusive naming rights to 11 stations, giving companies the opportunity to tack their name with some of the more popular stops on the system.

"The Chicago Transit Authority issued “requests for proposals” seeking naming rights and sponsorships for the O’Hare, Fullerton, Belmont, Addison, Chicago, Grand/State, 95th, North/Clybourn, Midway, Ashland 63rd and 79th stations."

http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2012/05/30/cta-to-offer-corporate-naming-rights-on-11-l-stations/

One thing you can be sure of -- whatever money this could conceivably bring in has already been spent ten times, one hundred times over.

I hope by bosses you mean sgt., Lt., Capt. Because those are true bosses and deserve a pension that reflects their time on this job. It is obviously time to form a citywide squadrol unit to rush to the scene of certain shootings, stabbings etc. and snatch the body and make a mad dash for the nearest bordering suburb and put the homicide on some adjoining town.

Either that or the Marine Unit can take some over to the Indiana side or up to Winnetka or Wilmette. Those North Shore suburbs are woefully short on homicides and could use an influx of bodies washing up onto shore. Good practice for their detectives and crime labs too.

This will continue until homicides are back down to a politically acceptable level. This unit might be called the Homicide Abatement Patrol or HAP for short.

Naturally, the unit would be a super secret unit with everyone subject to strict need to know nondisclosure protocols.

Could work.
