$3 Million Bond

We wish that we could see similar high bonds on so many other attacks and wounding of officers:
  • Dozens of Cook County correctional officers filled a courtroom Saturday as a Little Village man with a history of DUI arrests was ordered held on $3 million bail Saturday for the hit-and-run accident that killed a fellow officer.

Juan Bello, 57, was charged with reckless homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian, driving too fast for conditions and driving on a revoked license.

Nikkii Bostic-Jones, 37, was thrown onto the road and pinned under a sheriff’s car when she was hit by Bello’s van as she crossed the street outside the Cook County Jail on her way to work late Wednesday night, authorities said.

We're assuming this murderer is being held outside of Cook County.

Cook county judges are to blame for this. Given this piece of shit's history he should have been locked away so this could not happen. This dirt bag has shown time and time again he did not care what restrictions the court gave him. He was going to continue to do what he wanted, when he wanted, without regards to the law.

he will get a free lawyer
and they will say it was his "sickness" theat made him that way
he has "problems"
he skated because he knew he was screwed
do they think he wouldhave turned himself in?
of course he was
right after he stopped off in mexico
if he was drunk at the time he would be really screwed
people said he was drinking but that's just hearsay
they should have given a breathilyzer when they picked him up
watch this case you will see a lot of people saying society let him down and didnt help him
with his "problem"
it will be instresting to see what a judge does

And so the bullsjit goes on......

Keep the Little Village/Pilsen voters happy. They'll send this guy to an AA program, maybe !!

He's had a hard life ! It's a shame he has to hold a job that interferes with his alcohol consumption. Sign him up for a double SSI check, then he won't be a threat driving drunk to his "yob". He can stay home and swill..

Cook County: man runs over and kills deputy on the way to work, 3 million dollar bond. Kane County: man leads police on chase with motorcycle ATTEMPTS to run a deputy over while exiting squad car and strikes another squad car with his motorcycle. No injuries to the deputies, NO BOND given. Anybody guess what the problem is?

Has Cook County President Preckwinkle reviewed his bond yet so she can let him out and save the County money?
