Another Mole Gets Tape
Well lookie here:
This one could be good....very good.
- The dirty deal went down just before Christmas 2010 in the car of a Bridgeport developer, the feds say.
Inside the car were Joseph Mario Moreno, who had just been voted out of his job as a Cook County commissioner, and Michael DiFoggio, a Bridgeport developer who — from all appearances — wanted a garbage transfer station to be located in the Town of Cicero and was willing to cut a few corners to do it.
Just months before, Moreno had been appointed to a Town of Cicero local business assistance committee by Cicero President Larry Dominick. It was a plum appointment that came with free health insurance.
Moreno wanted more, though, authorities allege. He was willing to assist DiFoggio to get what he wanted from the Town of Cicero — but at a price, federal prosecutors allege.
Inside his car, DiFoggio passed an envelope to Moreno, allegedly containing $5,000 cash.
DiFoggio even had better news for Moreno, telling him that another $5,000 was on its way, the feds allege.
This one could be good....very good.

His anti-First Amendment statement sure bit him in the ass. Chick-fil-A is always crowded and their sandwiches are beyond delicious. Check it out at Chicago and Wabash or in the suburbs.

Is the "Proco" in Proco "Joe" like Tony "Big Tuna" Accardo or Joey "the clown" Lombardo or John "No Nose" DiFronzo or any of the rest of the hoodlums?
Mike DiFoggio is my landlord!!!!! He owns about 9 condo units at 974 W 35th Place. His warehouse is at 31st and Shields.
Nothing big here, or else the mole would die by "falling off a horse".

Was just down Cicero way again -- that Dominick's name is all over everything, right down to the "rat bait" signs in the alleys.
The inevitable wave of indictments there is gonna be something. It will cost a fortune to change all the signs and stuff when he goes.
Gotta be some nervous stomachs and tight sphincters in and around Bridgeport.
Bird Difoggios office is at 32nd and Shields and has a huge interest in all the big homes from 31st to 33rd and Stevart next to the tracks.Losing a lot of friends.
