Bears Manhandle Jax

So what was the deal with the first half?  Three to three?  Are they luring the NFC into a false sense of mediocrity?

Thinking the same thing. Pretty shaky start. It was 20-3 when I had to run out. Came back and was like WHAT HAPPENED!

bears vikings should be a good one since the cheese lickers up north lost to the colts--- the bears should be 5-0 but blew it against green bay--- green bay tried to give us the game and we still choked....

Please say a prayer for former Sgt Veronica Pettry. Her brother was violently attacked and murdered in Jacksonville while down for this game.

Each season, with new players and coaches, is a new playbook. Each game is a new chapter. The more these guys play together, the better they'll get.

The temperature was OVER 90 degrees and very humid at game time. You have to adjust to that with all the equipment they wear and Lovie LIT INTO THEM at halftime... obviously it worked.

After the bye week, next week, the Bears will play 3 consecutive teams with only one win each (a cumulative record of 3-11), starting with Detroit here on Monday Night Football. After those 3, they SHOULD BE 7-1.

The true test comes after that... the next 5 teams currently have a cumulative record of 20-5, (The Texans, 49ers, Vikings TWICE, and Seahawks) after which the Packers come to town. We'll know how good they are by then.

Just remember that ANYTHING can happen. Last years Super Bowl champs were only 7-7 after 14 games and didn't lose another game. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
