Off topic but the city is going nuts. 5 homicides since 6 pm in two 009. 007 006 020 and about 14 others shot.. That's in just 6 hours... All is well

First one up is the 60 electronic billboards to be install on city property. It's a 250 page contract written by the corporation. Ya think any aldermen actual read it? What's that you vote no? Well then you find the money to replace it because we already passed a budget that assumed you would have approve it.
