On March 13, a Tucson, Arizona radio host published a photograph of former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords holding an AR-15 rifle at a gun range. Giffords has since confirmed that the photograph is authentic.
- The source, who is a member of the law enforcement community, told Breitbart News:
"We were told she wanted to toughen her image. She asked to come out and she wanted to shoot a rifle. She had one of our guys out there to show her how to shoot an AR-15."

April 2 is the new rumor date that Illinois will release that $800 million dollar bond offer that they have been holding onto since the cancellation of the $500 million dollar one that Illinois didn't like the interest rate investors were demanding to put their money at risk.
Anyways what Illinois needs is a stock market crash so investors will run to bonds for safety.
Stock option expiration is tomorrow. Coincidentally there's a huge brew ha-ha that was just released after the market close today involving JP Morgan still playing games with billions of dollars breaking the Volker rule -- google "JP Morgan senate investigation"
This may be just the ticket Illinois needs to spook the market so that they can sell their bonds with a cheap interest rate...ya know.

If you consider the fact that Illinois has over 2 mil. people on Food Stamps as of Dec 2012 I think it's safe to say that Chicago poverty has risen to at least 25% today, 1 in 4 people and climbing.
Depending how those 2 mil. Food Stamp caseloads recpt are distributed we could be talking double the 13% Illinois poverty rate living in Chicago 26%
BTW, speaking of Detroit. The Gov put a man that handled Chrysler bankruptcy in charge of the city finances and I'm not sure that he has any accountability to the people there.
