I don't know why people just can't go about it legally. My wife is from Columbia and she and I applied through a marriage visa to bring her here. I had no 'phone call'. I have no clout and at this point I don't want or need any clout.

It was said about the last millions that were legalized and it will be said about the next millions that come after the current ones are legalized, what is going to happen is that once the current illegals are legalized they will get fired fom any job they have, so the employer will not have to pay higher wages and benefits. Then the employer will higher on the next batch of illegals that come through. Actually, FLMA act mandates a break and lunch. Those activities cannot be in harms way, because eating lunch means letting your guard down at least 1%.
PENA please reconsider so that FLMA does not have to be notified. LGBT? association will also get involved if one of their own is involved.
It isn't hard. Most of us know what a fake ID from 26th Street looks like. If they look like they might be an illegal, follow and wait for them to do something that gives you a legal stop reason... Jaywalking alone gives you a reason to stop them for a contact card and lecture on safety.
