Ladner to County
From a number of writers, it seems disgraced director Ladner has landed a new job at Cook County.
We would certainly hope that someone had given County the heads-up as to her corrupt hiring methods, her unbelievable prejudice against police and military backgrounds and her nonexistent office management skills, but then we realized that each of these would be considered an asset at County. Besides, it's not like any one over there will be paying for her malfeasance - that's what taxpayers are for.

Who can forget the US Marine veteran who gets an email ordering him to appear for his new job at CPD quit his old job and shows up the next morning at the Training Academy for his first day in the CPD Academy only to be told there is no class starting, it's all a mistake, go home now that you quit your job.

A completely incompetent administrator with zero people skills that cost the city of Chicago millions of dollars in lawsuits is shuffled off to be hidden in a County job?
Does anyone wonder why this city and state are a complete mess? These politicians put their morons in place and keep them there regardless of how badly they perform or how much they cost the taxpayers in lawsuits.
Mayor Emmanuel and Superintendent McCarthy kept her in place. She will continue to cost taxpayers in the County position. Remember this Machine, this Combine, at election time.

Obviously, you want a spot with her. However, for those that had to deal with her nonsense, yeah she sucks. I personally had to deal with her about military leave and she was a total ignorant and unbiding to Federal USERRA law. The government gives tax breaks and incentives for employers to hire military members and she always saw military members as a way to pick on them. Military persnnel have enough to worry about than to be hassled by her and her bullies. I am glad she's gone, hopefully a more professional with less unethical issue person is put in place. If Cook county wants her, please take her away and keep her in the darkest hole.

Incomplete psych test? That is the way Ladner would fail the son's of white Policemen who were looking to get hired. They were told they failed to answer all the questions on the psych test and that they had left a couple of the answers blank even though all the questions were answered. Ladner what a POS liar!
It's nice to see this old bag gone. As 1 of 60 plus folks in the class action suit (Dan Herbert) currently underway she took away our opportunity. Many had quit their jobs and For many of us our dream jobs were given to (from police mouths) lazy, slacker, just there for the pay check type individuals. She's better off with the county. I take that back, she's better off scrubbing toilets in county cells.
