Those traffic stops can be dangerous. Have to be very alert and mindful of procedure. Get well soon brother.
Once again total disregard for the law.this guy should have never been behind the wheel. I can't wait to see what some liberal judge in Cook County gives this guy.
I hope we can get some follow up to cases like this. How much is bail, did offender get a plea, so on and so fourth??
No matter how many people the police locks up. The judges are being told to let go of the criminals, free. Someone has to do research and investigate that. If you have cases in rooms like 606, that judge lets them go 99 percent of the time and that judge doesn't like the police. More importantly, all of them are being told to let go of the criminals and some of them do exactly that, let the criminals to walk out free. It opens the hardworking officer open for all sorts of problems and defeats the purpose of locking up anyone.
One of my brothers with a suspended license? Shocking.
Heal well, brother!
not brother, but sister that got hurt in car which was backing up ppo's on bikes who stopped this car going wrong way down street where hundreds of people were having a "reunion". ppo's did an outstanding job of restraining themselves from blowing this guy's head off due to many people in background, so they were mindful of procedures, don't critique if you weren't there
I wrote a book of movers a few months ago and the judge let almost all of them go. What was the point of testifying and doing my job if the judge is going to let everyone go even after having the video coverage reviewed and argued as having probable cause by corp counsel attorneys. Waste of time. I haven't written another mover since having almost all citations throw out. why bother with judges like this.
Don't get out of the car. Certain areas don't deserve policing.
Went to traffic court, encountered a judge that was disrespectful to police. Gave back every ticket,"don't remember". Its their revenue, not mine. Thanks for playing.
Some officers think actions like these are normal. They actually believe the bad guy ran because he was scared of the police. Officer like those who think that way scare me. Those officers live within blocks from the scene and will swear it's a nice area. Scary.
