We don't see the child tossed from the car. In fact, as numerous people pointed out, it looks like momma knocks the child under the car in order to get a few swings in on the boyfriend and in the effort to escape her blows, he rolls over the child's legs. So maybe the 100K bond isn't so unreasonable after all.

He didn't even throw the baby out the car. He more or less attempted to hand her the child. She was already upset for what ever reason and knows the police will side with a woman over a man any day, even after she went Floyd mayweather on the guy. Now a little fucking girl gets ran over. I can only judge this woman off the video, but do you think if I approached her and told her maybe she shouldn't have her children out this late, or she should not be attempting to fight with her baby girl in her arms and who I assume is her young son right on the side of her, or she should not be conducting herself the way she is at the moment, you think it would end well?
I still don't get it. Why was she not charged with endangering the child's life? She was holding the kid and apparently dropped the kid while trying to fight dude. Before then she was holding the kid by the hand in the street with her back to the kid. Am I against this guy getting charged? No. But it appeared that he tried to leave the scene at least once before the kid fell onto the road which is why I'm confused the mom didn't get charged with anything.
Watching that just made me sick to my stomach. Momma's the one who should be locked up. Maybe when this video goes viral, the liberals could watch it and understand the savagery that these people possess. All they care about is themselves. No morals. No self-control. When they want something……they want it now….. and they'll do whatever it takes to get it right now……lie, murder, rape, steal, rob, throw their infant child under the tire of a moving vehicle. That kid will now be crippled for life and we ( the taxpayers) will foot the bill, all because that baby's momma wanted whatever it was she was fighting for, she wanted it right now, and her child was just getting in the way of her getting what she wanted. Its depressing. And besides from the pure evil that these people have in their souls, our politicians/government are to blame (and I guess we are too for voting them into office) for giving these people everything in return for nothing (they won't get jobs, they won't stop breeding, they won't parent their kids). It's the "instant personal gratification" that these people possess that make them so dangerous. They don't care about anyone but themselves. They don't care about tomorrow, they want it now (drugs, booze, money, sex), and they'll do anything and everything to get those things. And our government caters to all of them, while we get shit on for trying to stop them. This crap has to stop, things have to change. Its not racism. Its good vs evil.
Momma is the offender, driver is the victim. Momma (offender) should be charged with battery and child endangerment. Her actions caused her child to be run over. Driver had no knowledge that the child's legs were under the vehicle, and did not knowingly run the child over. Driver (victim) was attempting to flee for his own safety. No chance in hell that the driver could get convicted. Im willing to bet that his charges would be dropped once this video is discovered by me, Anita Alvarez.

Sick, sick, sick! The whole entire lot of it! Where is the outrage in the black community over this shit? Nowhere. Because apparently they're so used to this behavior, it's normal for them. Those poor children, especially the baby. Jesus christ, at 2a.m., mine are tucked in and sleeping -- as they SHOULD BE! -- and I go in and check on them. I kiss them while they sleep. Do you think she does? Can you even picture it? My heart hurts for all these babies brought up in the ghetto. They have a snowball's chance in hell of ever having anything even approximating a decent life. Christ, I'm going to go hug my kids right now.
