His website touts his experience in real estate law and municipal financing. This could be Pulitzer material in the right hands.

After an event on Dingle's yacht then acting Chief Hoke was able to permanently remove the Reverend Jesse Jackson's bodyguards from the Intelligence Section.
There were a lot of crazy deals with the land in that whole area! It was all acquired for taxes or eminent domaine and sweetheart deals between the city, U of I and the Ill. Med. District. Even the Pritzkers got in on that. But hey... Nobody knows nuttin! Are all those parking meters the mutt mayor sold, still all over the area where all that's there are empty streets and vacant lots?

In 2006 Patrick Daley Thompson was an unknown person. In 2006 he ran for Metropolitan Water Commissioner. He lost. In 2010 he ran again and won. In 2015 he ran for Alderman and he won. Are the voters stupid? This guy has clout written all over him. The first thing we need to do is kick out all of the connected clouted politicians. Then vote in everyday citizens. If they don't deliver then vote them out. We need to end the legacy of political dynasty families and politicians who serve 30 to 50 years in office and hand over political seats to their offspring.

The really smart politicians make their money the smart way, unethical probably, but not dumb enough to land themselves in prison. They don't take envelopes under the table. They sell insurance, offer legal services for real estate or tax issues, all things that people need on a regular basis and like to go to the connected firms to get these things done. That is where the Madigans and Daleys and many others over the years make their money. The problem here is that the connected also control the law making bodies and they will not pass legislation such as exists in other states to make their shady deals a criminal offense. Look at the ethics laws passed in Illinois, even after " reform" legislation was passed. At most a violation is a rule violation that might being a fine or a reprimand and if caught violating these rules they might have to make good on their " mistakes". These ethics laws along with weak Freedom of Information laws shield the corrupt political class from the sunshine .

Yes, the same Cook who resigned rather then take a random drug screen test? And, then wiretapping equipment was found on the 9th floor in the Intelligence Section linking all phones to the Chief's Office? Yes, all hush hush. Jackson's body guards were phantoms who never had to account for their time.
With this buffoon recently elected to alderman it just proves that bridgeport has the dumbest residents of any neighborhood.

The Chancellor of the City Colleges of Chicago had to "move" into the city to comply with residency rules. Her lavish suburban home is Lansing, Illinois. Chancellor Cheryl Hyman filed a quit claim deed adding her mother as co-owner to the suburban property. She then rented an apartment and registered as a voter in Chicago.
Her Chicago landlord is none other than Elzie Higginbotham of East Lake Development Corporation.
This should raise a dozen red flags. Elzie is a City Hall insider much favored by the Daleys. The Better Government Association tagged Hyman for continuing to seek property tax exemptions in the suburbs while claiming to be a Chicagoan for employment purposes.

He is not in Intelligence anymore, he's been in the Fugitive Unit for a few years already and he is the son and should also be the recipient of the 95K mortgage payment as a gift. I wonder if the FEDS required him to return the money.
