- A person is in custody after allegedly trying to run down several Chicago police officers Tuesday who were trying to pull him over and ended up with officers firing shots at the suspect, police said.
The incident occurred at 12:09 p.m. on the 5500 block of South Hoyne Avenue in the West Englewood neighborhood, police said. Police attempted to pull over a vehicle when the person then tried to run down police officers, police said.
In the process, the person attempted to run down several police officers which then led to police discharging their weapons, police said.

The main point was that he was apprehended later. It did not require a dangerous high speed chase through crowded streets.

I'm even glad the thug in the car was not hit.
Anyone have any info on a group of people shooting at an odpo from 008 last night? Possibly followed her from the station and ambushed her on ashland somewhere?
I hope all the officers are ok.

Sounds like a road rage, just don't drive like assholes home and this wouldn't happen.
I heard the rumor about the od from 008. Any news?
