I would think rahm is petrified when Trump takes office watch how quickly he fires that racist anti-police attorney general lynch and puts in people that know the job,and do a forensic audit of city hall and rahms antics!

They don't promote in the summer. They already have merit packs from the Sgts and LT from six months ago. If it doesn't happen in the next two months it will be fall. I'd bet on sooner rather than later.

Wrong. They still have a cycle remaining on both Lt & Sgt merit packages previously done. It's going to happen before May.

You are living in the 90's They will use the Merit Nominations from December-GMac started that3 years ago and its policy now. Old system to to much time.
