As someone pointed out, the media must have missed the "Days of Rage" that may or may not have been threatened last weekend. Rumor has it that 5,000 protesters were abducted and run through the wood chippers in the basement of the Homan Square "Black Site."

It was never a factual story to begin with. Johnny Journalism made it up and planted it hoping the dogs would pick it up and run with it. Then he would be a hero for making news. The problem is nobody reads newspapers so no one noticed that the days of rage came and went almost 50 years ago.
You got it all wrong SCC. Protesters and demonstrators are being taken to a dark and evil place called Holman Square. Many if not most never to be seen or heard from again. I know about this Holman Square torture site from the internet.

I stood along HomanAve as the massive crowd then boarded an old sputtering and smoking Dodge Caravan,
fading into traffic with a fade temporary license tag dangling from a single length of twisted coat hanger - destination unknown.
I paused for a moment and thought to myself, did I feed the leave the laundry in the washer again?
I hate doing that.

I continued on my way with a positive inclination to Carry On & Keep Fetal.

Correct before raising taxes and giving a rebate but yet having the money what the hell is going on? We need a total forensic audit, rahm has billions hidden, building many new schools but we are broke?
The wood chipper is on the 4th floor, not the basement. There is a trash chute connected to the wood chipper that runs out one window and into a dumpster below. BTW, the elevator will not stop on the 4th floor unless you know the secret code.

My father was assigned to the old 5th district at 48th and Wabash back in the 50's and there was a well in the basement where water would be drawn for the prisoners in the lockup. Well, when the building was torn down several sets of human remains were found at the bottom of the well. They saying at the time was "some guys never bonded out". Ah, the good old days.
