not likely. The US Supreme Court settled this issue years ago. A sitting US President cannot be charged with a criminal violation. It must go to the Congress for impeachment proceedings.

Clinton campaign reportedly cancels NYC fireworks display
A firework display planned for the New York City skyline by the Clinton campaign has been called off, according to TMZ.
The site reports that the campaign called the Coast Guard on Thursday -- 2 days after the plan went public -- saying it wouldn't be having a firework display over the Hudson after all.
