You should have studied harder period or you are just too stupid to past a test. We are sick of this same song and dance with this cheating crap. Here we go again with they cheated or they are connected or blah blah blah. The rank order lieutenants are the bottom of the barrell of the department's historical lieutenant lists. It normally takes 8 years or more to get to these numbers. The only reason they got promoted so soon is because the DOJ reported that the department needed more supervisors. I'm 100% sure that they would have worked to make sure to score well enough to make it early if they had the answers or even one answer because 90% of this current list is so old, that they will barely get the pension.
Stop whining and making crap up because you are a looser. Congratulations to the entire list pf lieutenants. Between the DOJ, the pending Consent Decree and Special Ed, you will need all of the luck the little leprechauns can bring you!
As long as the HQ Noble Trio is allowed to exist this test is a fraud. It taints it for those who deserved and worked for it.

Merit should be used only one time and not multiple times as a stepping stone.
Hein is a dope. In 009 all he did was follow that goof Godsel around. Hein had no active roll in 009. He was Godsel's shadow. You'd need a crowbar to separate them.
The other guys from 009 are great and will be missed.
Stack was score for Lt, merit for Sgt. good guy will be a good Lt.
Its rare to meet a Lt. that isn't a total hard-on. Most of them don't know shit about what it takes to run a watch because they've been in a unit or tact or wherever they could hide. The ones that were in patrol are cocky know it all jagoffs. The easy going honest Sgt don't make it through very often. They get into wc's office and have their ass licked by the desk and the watch Sgt.s who feed them shit they want to hear. Now, there are even more people laughing event harder at their stupid jokes than when they were a Sgt and even more people pretending that their idea is good and afraid to critique them. Their heads are full of shit, then they start getting hopes that they will go farther up so they start furiously stroking anyone of higher rank. Usually they're cravens that are in over their head and paranoid they'll fuck up their big chance.
Manning and Zaber are cool! Got some fun stories. . . I hope they stay good guys

I've even seen him out at protests working the front line with bike coppers while other bosses just stand around.

Its really sad that your life is that miserable that you post crap like this based on no fact. Sadia may be married to a boss, but she is hands down one of the best Sergeants that I personally have ever worked for. I was also a Homicide Detective with her in old Area 4. I see a lot of questionable names, but this one is good people, smart and beautiful on the inside and out. You clearly are just a hater and have no knowledge of her personally.
She also is the policeman's police and could not care less who you are connected to. You clearly also have no clue that she held a Detective's study group on her own time as a new Sergeant in 007 and more than half of the group made it, no staple CPD names, just regular ole rangers. She also ranked in the top 5% on the Sergeants test and on the Detective's test. Not to mention her kids would run circles around you and yours with their eyes closed, so now she got tests for them to? Both of them graduated from the top 5 colleges in the world. Go choke on those facts hater! Congratulations Lt. S. Carter. I'd work for you any day.

I worked with M. Alexa in Narc0tics. We were PO's.
Our Sgt was an anti white, racist type fuck. He tried to break her spirit and run her from the team, but couldn't. She was a helluva PO in every regard. Volunteered for assigments others ran from. In what could only be described as a team revolt, we all stood behind her, against the p.o.s. shit Sgt. Mind you, we (the team) were pretty much all black PO's.
I hear she was an equally impressive Sgt.
Btw, that Sgt would soon be dumped from Narcotics. He'd later be accused of C.S.A. of a minor. Like I said, a real P.O.S!

I cant believe that Hein was recommended for a meritorious position from the amount of eligible, hard working sergeant's in 009 who are more than eligible. Meritorious promotions are supposed to be for individual officers who have exemplified themselves in a dangerous situation or situation's warranting that "extra" push. Hein may have excelled in carrying the Commanders books, taking notes like a secretary for the Commander, or grab assing with the male administrative staff gathering intel on their follow officers, but nothing having to do with REAL police work. Jon, you probably were a nice guy before the politics struck you. Then you turned into a ass h*le. You are not the best tact Sergeant in the city like you say you are. The Sergeant's, city wide are having problems with the "cheaters" who became Lieutenant's. Even with the Merit selections from this entire last test, we can't believe the incompetence from the new line of Lieutenant's. If this city wasn't screwed before, we definitely are now. The DOJ needs to redo the merit selection process and criminally charge and fire the cheaters. The only reason why the other supervisors tolerate the main cheater in 9 is because of who she hooked up with. THATS IT...
To the goof that said the Lt list is bottom of list, you are a fool. They are only at about 80 off the new list, which posted last January. Someone from pbpa could probably give the actual number. They haven't even exhausted the merit from that list yet, many remain of the 60 or so nominated. You will probably see one more class from that merit list in the next Lt. Class, unless a new chosen one is then eligible. Then they'll scrap it to make sure their person gets in. No new class until end of the year at the earliest and more likely early next year. New watch commander order will be out soon, dss nonsense will be over. Sgts shortly, big class, the merit picks will again be a joke. That's all I got...

I don't give a fuck how many blacks or Latinos get promoted, as long as they deserve it and can do the job. You and the rest of the affirmative action supporters need to wake up and realize race shouldn't give you an unfair advantage. With his current scandal, you would think they would be running the other way.
They are in the 90's on the Lieutenant's list and if you took the time to read and understand what the poster wrote, you wouldn't look this stupid instead of just spouting your opinion. Historically the city has only gotten to just over 100 rank order Lieutenants. Additionally, it normally takes over eight years to even get to those numbers. This list was expedited because of the DOJ's recommendation so these Lieutenants and especially the next class after this are ALL at the bottom of the Lieutenant's rank order list period! Congratulations to them, but they still are from the bottom of the list, so if any of them cheated (which I doubt), they are completely unintelligent and goofs because they should have all been making it after 2023.

Thanks Roy Sr. for the heads up the test prep, by getting me & my sister into the Greek Vlougaris study group & a heads up on test material. Roy Sr paved the way by getting the in on what was to be privy to subject matter experts on both the detectives & sits
test. Don't know about lt. test, but much easier to study when you've got a good spot, like Juv or at least out of patrol. Also much easier to study when you know what the Command Channel Review knows.

Lol. ^ He still thinks the test taking process on the CPD is legit. ROFLOL! He thinks studying hard matters! lol lol lol. Newsflash, the detective exam is the only exam on the department that's even remotely legit because none of the ROYALTY really want that job since you actually have to work for your money and your incompetence can't be hidden as easily. Even the merit selection process for the detectives is pretty much legit. They actually use their merit picks for the most part on hard working coppers. Sergeant and above is a whole different story. There's the elite royalty that goes under the 30% merit. Then there's the 30% royalty that gets the test answers. Then there's the 20% that gets the special study groups and the thinned down version of the study materials. If you're lucky, the last 20% gets fought for by the serfs (That's YOU). So you have thousands of people competing for about 60-80 positions that will be appointed over a period of a few years or more. Yeah, you better STUDY REAL HARD. lol

Yes they historically have only gotten into the hundreds on a Lts list by rank score but they didn't have Lts bailing out left and right like they do now, so, they will surely get well into the 200s on the current list by rank score, maybe even 300, especially now that it's back to 3 on a watch and they keep making Captains, and exempts as people continue to bail left and right. So since there are roughly 500 on a Lts list they are still in the top third of the list, brainiac.

Same thing I am thinking. I have been a member of NOBLE for over 20 years and I got nothing! None of the Sergeants I work with and work in the organization with did well either. We were told no study group because of the President way before the test was announced. I know the famous 3 well and I would be very surprised if either of them needed any help studying. That's just my opinion and with that and a quarter, I can't even get a cup of coffee. Yall are ruff.

Newsflash, the detective exam is the only exam on the department that's even remotely legit because none of the ROYALTY really want that job since you actually have to work for your money and your incompetence can't be hidden as easily. Even the merit selection process for the detectives is pretty much legit. They actually use their merit picks for the most part on hard working coppers. Sergeant and above is a whole different story. There's the elite royalty that goes under the 30% merit. Then there's the 30% royalty that gets the test answers. Then there's the 20% that gets the special study groups and the thinned down version of the study materials. If you're lucky, the last 20% gets fought for by the serfs (That's YOU). So you have thousands of people competing for about 60-80 positions that will be appointed over a period of a few years or more. Yeah, you better STUDY REAL HARD. lol
Absolutely correct, those who say you're a hater, etc are most likely current or future merit hacks trying to deflect from the real issue of clout promotions. I have had to watch for decades, merit appointees cutting in line, taking spots from working coppers who bust their asses while the chosen just sit back and wait for their next cozy spot. We've all seen the new cop who no one has heard of show up in the tact office out of nowhere, doesn't produce much, doesn't have to. Then low and behold they are promoted, not to det. But to Sgt. After Sgt. Class they take their spot in one of the areas or better yet OCD, or intelligence where they bide their time waiting to make Lt.
It's an absolute travesty. Yes the Irish did it, the Italians, Hispanics, Greeks, Gay, Straight, when it comes to moving up by hook or by crook it's not just one group to blame. Remember the Roberts, by invitation only study groups, I'm sure it was jus a statistical anomaly.

Cline's group of Sgt's, Robert's study group that didn't include anyone of color until he got paid in retirement, Volgaris, Maurer groups that were always in the top 5 not to forget LAPA. LAST name another pair of siblings that have a 3 yr time on the job difference that can make Det in the same class, Sgt a class apart and Lt in the same class. It must be hard to accomplish a statistical impossibility just like Maurer's Secretaries and Admin Sgt's
So stop sounding like anyone is going to give the promotions back. Also please stop acting like only Blacks make merit or are even the majority of merit. Whites still lead in Merit just check the list that was on this site or go to SCRIBEDS. But a little research is too much for most and probably the reason you cant past promotional exams.
Went through academy w Roman. Was a dog catcher before CPD. Kinda kept to himself in academy. Didn't week like a bad guy. Haven't seen him since 1986.
