OT...OMG I saw Melissa Staples speaking at a press conference today on the news. I was the one who was wondering earlier why she was always just standing behind Special Ed in every press conference and never said anything. I really enjoyed seeing her hug the podium and finally see that her vocal cords had not been severed.

Words to live by.
Minor crimes are down because we no longer enforce then for various different reasons. Violent crimes are up. Violent crimes are up across this country. Stop watching fake news to get current events. We should be smart enough to filter out biased opinions from facts. Stay safe.
Remember that there are two different types of crime reports here.....1). Reported and 2) Non-Reported. The C.P.D. UCR reports are never correct do to the fact that of those involved in the many shootings...who knows how many crawl.drive away that have been hit. Only to get patched up at the local clinic....thus non-reported crimes against persons and much more.
Updating the monthly UCR reports is a must. The ISP maintain the totals ...then forward on to the FBIs national UCR data base for mandatory reporting....Stay safe out there.
