A rape allegedly occurred today in Sheriff's holding area at the Markham Courthouse .. Two male inmates were mistakenly placed into a cell where a female was reportedly hiding...The male inmates are claiming the female raped them using a hypodermic needle as a threat she had in the cell.
Right - a female overpowered two inmates and made them....we can't even believe we're typing this bullshit.

This is a 100% true, All three were taken to hospital and she says they raped her and they claimed she raped them using needle as threat. The sad fact is you have one deputy in courthouses sometimes transporting 25-50 felony inmates alone because Dart keeps cutting staff and adding upper management positions. Mistakes happen when your that short-staffed. After this incident they didn't have one male Deputy in the lockup (over 50) inmates. They couldn't get anyone to come in (do you blame them). Darts courthouse lockups are just as fucked as the jail,but of course the Deputy's are going to fall on the sword and TV Tommy will be unscathed. The courthouse security staffing has been cut 45% since Dart took office despite his budget doubling. When he took office in 2006, the sheriff budget was 385 million, now its approaching 600 million.
The new Superintendent at Markham is ordering deputies to even work more short. That really worked out well didn't it??????? Now you have a seven figure lawsuit coming. But at least Chief Avant can look good to the sheriff at the next accountability meeting. Except for that little rape incident of course.

In 2008, a juvenile was mistakenly put on adult inmate bus to the CC jail from markham lockup and was brutality raped. The kid got millions in a settlement. The clouted Sgt. G Matthews and Chief D. Wright who were responsible for this flub never were disciplined. If fact they were both promoted.
A federal judge this week blasted Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart’s office, saying correctional officers’ “deliberate indifference” led to the sexual assault of a 16-year-old defendant mistakenly housed with adult inmates in 2008.
Even though the youth told sheriff’s personnel at least five times that he was under 17 — and therefore should have been in a juvenile lockup — he remained in the Cook County Jail for three days, U.S. District Court Judge Amy St. Eve wrote this week.
Under the circumstances, the sheriff’s officers’ deliberate indifference led directly to the predictable consequence that the adult detainees physically harmed and raped the plaintiff,” St. Eve. wrote in a ruling rejecting the sheriff’s office’s attempts to have a lawsuit in the case thrown out.
The Sheriff’s Office said in a written statement that it "implements transparent policies and procedures and strives to protect" those in custody.
"We feel the ruling does not capture the realities of the day to day operations at the jail or the steps taken by staff to adhere to the law and protect youth-aged and adult detainees in our custody," the statement read. "Allegations of sexual impropriety of any nature are taken very seriously and are not tolerated. At this time we cannot disclose anything further as the case is pending."
The victim, now 22, is suing the sheriff’s office, saying he was left emotionally scarred by the incident, which allegedly occurred in May 2008 in Division 11 of the jail.

This one may top Darts beloved jail chicken getting sexually violated by one of his precious inmates. Then Dart had to put a full time guard watching the chickens. The funny thing is when we tell people the shit that goes on under this crazy administration, nobody believes it.
Tom Dart went off on a Director last week when he refused to eat food prepared by an inmate. He apologized later but the guy has totally lost his mind. Just ask the big wigs that deal with him. Shit his PR guy B. Breit left taking a huge pay cut... So did Terry Hake, operation Greylock mole, He took a 35k pay cut to go back to ASA to get away from the little mad man. Poor Cara Smith should be making seven figures to put up him.
The scary thing is is Kim Foxx looks reasonable compared to the Sheriff. When Sheriff made excuse for a child shooter who beat up his guard paraphrasing the poor lad had to wait a year for trial...That was very eye opening and probably the most insane thing a law enforcement official has ever said.. If child shooters are immune from incarceration what is the purpose of have jails or prisons. We should just close them all down.

Tommy is not very stable and his TV presence during an embarrassing incident would make that more then obvious to anyone watching. Tommy also has breakdowns when incidents happen and rumor has it there are Psychotropic meds and rest involved in bringing him back to just unstable. People who knew him in earlier times agree that Tommy was often observed to be wearing That cologne named "burnt leafy plant material" as Tommy doesn't do well with out something to keep him stable. This is a sicker puppy than you realize but keep voting Dem citizens.
Matthews involved in taping the deputies at 26th st who are about to be fired. D.Wright walks around with that fake smile and her investigators are about to end the carers of several good people. Karma a bitch. Tommy shit bag ain't gonna to be the Sheriff forever.

Deputies should have checked the cell before putting anyone in there. If they lose their job, it's their vault. Do your job, not that hard. I'm a Deputy at another courthouse. Short everywhere, still not excuse to not do my job properly.
Another multi-million dollar payment coming from Cook County taxpayers. Yep, that's us!!! After all, I can see how difficult it can be to find a woman "hiding" in a jail cell. That's the best excuse they could think of???
Has anybody sent you a copy of the order form from Cook County jail that says inmates can order pizza from a location inside the jail? It is based on how much money that person has in commissary.
