Nice College Rahm
- Two violent robberies happened just blocks and days apart in the Loop sparking campus safety alerts to go into effect at Columbia College and Roosevelt University.
One of the robberies happened on November 9 near Michigan and Balbo. A mob of seven teenagers attacked two female victims.
The other robbery took place on Sunday night near Michigan and Congress. A large group of teenagers wearing sweatshirts and dark colored hoodies targeted two 18-year-old women and a 20-year-old man.
They attacked the victims around 8 p.m. on the 500 block of South Michigan Avenue. They knocked them down and took their belongings. At least one of the victims attended Columbia College.
No descriptions once again, but one arrest - a juvenile, so no picture of the offender because that might accidentally lead to her accomplices.

Sometimes it is best to hire civilians for security merits on pension are usually in cruise control fighting crime.

Lets not forget, rahm and his family let the stick up guy that “robbed” his kid go. Probably just to keep the bad guy quiet about what was really going on. No matter, rahm will be questioned about this by the media and he will run off to the safety of his vehicle without giving the media cowards any info at all.

Maybe the Colleges should lock their doors at night and Only Allow Students with current IDs
Maybe bring back Police foot patrols around the College Campuses
Maybe the CAPS members should be available on the 3rd watch to do foot patrols around the Campuses
Maybe the Tact Unit should be on Alert at the college campuses

Can't wait for this 'teens' greet the Michigan Avenue Christmas shoppers. (or will Father P. and his ilk shut down Michigan Avenue and its stores protesting CPD's continuous, reckless behavior for allowing 600 murders of dignified citizens of their community?)
As a Christmas reminder - these 'teens'/'groups of teens' were probably on the receiving end of gimme-gimme-gimme holiday coats/presents/turkeys/etc. They've really made a contribution of giving back to society! Money well spent...
If one of the victims were a ccw holder and ventilated a couple of the robbers. Would they be charged when proven the robbers unarmed....?
