Electronic Monitoring Pays Well
- Chicago police and federal agents say they found more than $255,000 worth of cocaine and pot when they raided Antwaun Walker’s high-rise apartment in the 300 block of East Wacker Drive. Over 14 pounds of marijuana worth $103,000 and nearly three pounds of cocaine worth $154,000 were recovered along with a handgun, according to prosecutors.
At the time of the raid, Walker was on home electronic monitoring awaiting trial on firearms charges, court records show. Hanging out in Walker’s apartment when police came knocking was Robert Robertson, a 27-year-old felon who’s on parole for a weapons violation.
Both men are charged with Class X felony manufacture-delivery of cocaine and Class X felony manufacture-delivery of cannabis.

What are the chances that the charges get downgraded or dropped. After all there are too many people of color in jail.
This shit was not going on downtown before Rahm became Mayor. Curse Daley all you want, but, this is Rahm's doing. And all because he sat on the McDonald tape to be re-elected, and in doing so de-clawed proactive policing.
Did these fucks get "bonds that they could afford?" Did the court look at the fact that this fuck was in the Gold Coast? When is society going to wake up and stop pandering to the criminal community? It is so appropriate that Death Wish was remade and released in Chicago. The originals with Charles Bronson were made at a similar time of criminal upheaval, following the left, 60s and 70s "criminal justice reforms."

Well they're just young entrepreneurs struggling to make a living. A little too much of their product may kill you, or they may have to kill rivals or unhappy customers but, mostly a nonviolent crime. (SARCASM)!

Let me guess: he also has a rent-subsidy certificate that allows him to rent an apartment in a so-called luxury residential tower. I'd be mighty upset if I lived in that building, but same "criminal-activity" stuff has occurred at McClurg Court towers, 425 E Ohio, and Related Realty tower at Lake/Grand. Chicago has institutionalized the molly-coddling of criminals, subsidizing their household expenses, promoting their Gansta lifestyle, and turning a blind-eye at resulting very real danger caused to neighbors who live nearby to these folks.

I suspected that Wrigleyville and Boystown had very successful neighborhood anti crime activists.
I want to do the same in the Hyde Park/Kenwood area.
I don't think living in a "Liberal" neighborhood is a deterrent to successful neighborhood watches.

So first we mourn the loss of our own thanks to tv Tommy but now as if no one knew these criminals that continue to get released aren’t going out to change their tune only to continue being criminals. No way I just don’t believe it. Dart, Foxx and pedwinkle pinkyed promise that these fine citizens don’t belong in jail and they will honor and respect the law especially with that massive anklet attached.
