- The 15yo in custody has 25 arrests and the 16yo has 32 arrests. 50% or so are felonies. No worries though. All those arrests will be expunged in a couple of years. Don't you just love it when the system works?
And what exactly is the deterrent here?

They are expunging thousands of JUVI records everyday. The goal is 800000. That means no JUVI history after 2 years. No cb photos to look at to compare to video images. No photos for lineups and no JUVI lineups since we can't find JUVI fillers. Since JUVI records are confidential and JUVI offenders are not named what is the point of expunging records? The real reason is to compromise investigations and our ability to thwart attempts to make identifications. Leftists are grooming these kids and using them as fodder to further a long term agenda. Despicable.

When they process him for the arrest they could not locate the rap sheet because it had been completely expunged.
