Why doesn't Phleger spend some of his own money if he's so Hell bent on getting magazines off the street? He has (or had) that giant gas-guzzling SUV for years with the "DA BLOOD" vanity plates. He's been seen shopping at high end stores for snazzy looking sweaters. His organization has paid out tens of millions covering for child molesters.
Why isn't he hitting up JB Pritzker for some of his billions? Or that wizard of the quick hit-and-run made up millions job Rahm? Doesn't Shrillary have some cattle future money lying around or some hundreds of millions in "foundation" money?
