Everyone's favorite time of year when you have to sit in front of the computer, read unrealistic ethics scenarios, and be amazed that YOU have to follow all the rules all the time, but you keep remembering those politicians and connected people who don't.
So to make things easier, here are the answers for all four sections:

Funny thing is T.W. in 019th took this test for a decade but never had any discipline for his shady ethical issues in 19. So if you are connected, ethics don't apply to you. Just see T.W. who is still on the job is living proof ethics mean nothing in Chicago police unless of course you don't have clout.
What about the ethics involved in, say, the Mayor pushing through Lincoln Yards and LiveNation's involvement, when, say, the Mayor's own brother is on the board of LiveNation.
What about the ethics involved in, say, the Mayor pushing through Uber legislation, when, say, his brother Ari stood to double the original investment of William Morris Entertainment.

You keep giving the answers to the ethics exam that all City personnel take but why do the politicians keep making mistakes conducting their own ethicial behavior. Could it be they just took those answers and never read the material that tells you what you can't do. So SCC you have aided and abetted these poor politicians to be corrupt!!!

Oh wait, they “recuse” themselves from the interview and scoring, meanwhile the rest of the board members give ridiculously high scores so that merit board member gets “ his / her guy in” ....into that higher tier...they all do that for each other, wink, wink, nod,nod.......carry on.

The annual test that reminds us all how ethically and morally corrupt the chicago politicians actually are. How many of the disgraced aldermen has the "ethics department" charged? A big fat zero.
The only unethical thing I have ever done is to take this test without protest.

Instead of taking a test.....they should set up a scenario...listing examples of lapse(s) of ethics(can they find any? LOL!)that have occurred in city, county and state....they can give bonus points if a present lapse of ethics is uncovered....they can award prizes for the most outrageous lapses...say like the way promotional tests are conducted in the cpd...or the way the FOP officers run for office but mimic real life politicians and do nothing for anyone but themselves...or how about the way that retired high ranking officers fall into positions of charitable means and collect HHHHUUUUGGGGEEEE SALARIES at the feet of the victims they represent.....its OK though cause they are raising sssssoooooooo much money for widows and children...whole fxxking city is nothing but a chicken coup with lots and lots of wolves.....some people go to church and I just don't understand why or what they pray for! It would be refreshing to see a politician actually have ethics, but it would be better if they had integrity and an understanding of what life is like for the people they represent or are supposed to represent! The money is only good in this life...no transfers to the hereafter...and then there is hell to pay!

That's a good plan if your district doesn't have any supervisors. Maybe you should do your job instead.
Even though all city employees have to take this training yearly, the news outlets report Chicago is still the most corrupt city in America.
Newly merited sgt Darko did so well he skipped 3000 other scores and came in #1 in Ethics !

Hey cocksmooch, that training IS part of our job! If you don't think it is then go ahead and skip doing it. See what happens. They want to make sure that we sign on the line that we took it for a reason. That reason is so they can hang us with it later if need be. I sincerely hope you aren't , and never will be, a supervisor.
