False Report
- A 49-year-old woman who claimed she was beaten in the West Loop early Sunday was likely injured in a fall while she was intoxicated, police said Tuesday.
The still-unnamed woman made news after she told police she was assaulted by a group of women while walking near the Boeing building at 100 north Riverside Plaza around 5 a.m. Sunday. After she was found by a passerby, police were dispatched to the area for a possible criminal sexual assault, but when they arrived the woman said she was not sexually assaulted.
Police said Tuesday it appears the woman was intoxicated at the time of the incident, removed her own pants, and injured herself after stumbling and falling into a planter, knocking out a tooth.
She's currently facing charges.

That poor woman needs help, love, compassion and assistance from her community.
Can’t tell you how many times we’ve found passed out drunks downtown on a weekend with their skivvies around their ankles and their ass hanging out laying in a pool of their own bodily discharges. Such a class act for our visiting tourists to see. It’s gotta be a hoot when they wake up and find that ANOV stuck to their forehead, but we couldn’t tell you as we’re usually long gone.
If it wasn't downtown no one would have cared.
She should contact Lovey & Lovey or the People's Law Office. She has an excellent case against the building that put the planter there, and you have to have a permit from the City to place the planter on the sidewalk. Was the planter made from concrete, go after the manufacturer for not having them made out of sponge rubber. Who maintains the planter, is it one of those connected gardening companies that the City uses? And who was it that wanted flowers and planters downtown and brought it there, why it was His Honor Ritchie. Haul his ass in for a deposition so he can say, I don't remember to every question.
If you actually convict her of filing a false police report, maybe the judge will lock her up long enough to dry her out?
In the good old days, they would often send people like that to an asylum to dry out. Now we have to use the criminal justice system. And you get to deal with lots of EDP, any one of which could be a career ending encounter.
She will get more time then if this was an actual time and they caught the assailants. Make book on it. This person of non color will feel the full power of the Chicago Color blinded system and be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Where her would be assailants would have been bonded out and sentenced to time served(8hrs) if they turned to be people of color. Just remember you started the racist people of color BS, I am just continuing that racist BS to its logical conclusion.

The 25-year-old man was riding southbound on the train near the Red Line Argyle stop when a male he didn’t know walked up to him and stabbed him in the stomach at 2:03 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Argyle, Chicago Police said.
So now all citizens please call 911 immediately when you see a male who may be 25 years old riding the transit system or hanging around the transit station called police immediately your life may depend on it!
Ah, that's why crime is down. No muggings, or beatings, robberies, etc.. Make everything an accidental injury instead.

“Facing charges” means she has been charged. That’s why she’s facing the charges. It doesn’t say “charges pending” does it?
Open a book once in a while and you’ll grasp these nuances.
