Proof

In case you were wondering, here's the CFD memo telling everyone to run the apparatus up and down the streets without purpose to give the impression of ..... something.

From 1330 to 1600 - just as we were told...during shift overlap. And they pass it off as some sort of "training" and familiarization exercise. It's actually kind of cute. Any bets if they do the same thing on Independence Day?

A non-answer to the age old
catered-to constituent question?

"Why y'all actin' like y'all don't care
about US?"

We're surprised they weren't ordered to engaged in this
eye-wash with their emergency lights going and sirens blaring.

Breads.
Circuses.
Bullshit.

This is hilarious and sad at the same time. Do you really think firefighters give a shit? And do you really think these shitheads will stop doing criminal activity because a fire truck or ambulance is on the block? What’s next streets and sans doing dispersals?

One thing for sure....democ"RATS" ARE NOT CAPABLE OF BUDGETING WITHIN "OUR" MEANS!!!!

Off topic;
CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's been a very busy first month at the University of Chicago's new level-one trauma center in Hyde Park.

Staff trained for the anticipated case load. In their first month those skills were put to use immediately.

"We have been very busy," said Dr. Selwyn Rogers, trauma center director.

University of Chicago Medicine said Wednesday they have seen 274 adult trauma patients, more than a third of the patients shot or stabbed. Just over Memorial Day weekend they had 44 patients with gunshot or stab wounds.

Years before the university hired the new trauma team or decided to build an adult trauma center, a campaign to have trauma center on the South Side grew loud. Protesters were frustrated by friends and loved ones dying en route to other level one trauma centers that were further away. Their protests preceded the university's decision to open the new center.

Corey mason co-founded Fearless Leading Youth with two friends in 2007. They organized protests for a trauma center at U of C. Damien Turner, another of the group's founders, was hit by a stray bullet just blocks away from the University of Chicago in 2010 and died.

Fearless Leading by Youth continues to do work to engage young people. Wednesday the university announced grants to seven organizations that focus on violence prevention.

Before patients who are victims of violence leave the University of Chicago Trauma Center, a violence recovery team offers support services to help them recover and reduce the chances they come back as a patient.

*Thank you for taking the 44 stabbing Folks/peoples in your hospital helping to remove the burden on Christ hospital making Christ Hospital great again!

Growing up on Taylor Street, I remember Officer Blackie Pazzola, our local beat cop, and security for an Outfit craps game at Peanut Park. When it got really hot, he would pull up in his squad car and turn on the fire hydrant for us to play in and cool off. Is this being done to make sure that fire personnel can turn on the water hydrants, to cool down the "Yutes". Or is this to make sure that the hydrants are working when residents riot and start burning buildings following the VanDyke verdict? Whichever the case, Rahm does not grasp the mindset of firefighters. These guys are not like cops. Most of these firefighters have trades, and when you suspend them, they just earn an income from their trade. And as I have said before, unlike coppers, firefighters stand together. IF A FIREFIGHTER GETS SHOT OR HURT WORKING AS A "DECOY" FOR THE MAYOR; MARK MY WORDS, THE FIREFIGHTERS WILL STAY IN THE HOUSES. AT THAT POINT THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO CALLS WITHOUT A POLICE ESCORT. AND IF THAT HAPPENS, THE CITY IS SCREWED, BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH OFFICERS, TO ESCORT EVERY FIRE CALL. Using firefighters as Decoys is a bad Rahm idea. Baby "G"

Rahm sticking it to the Fire side.
Welcome to our world of redundant optics.
When do we get to roll around with our blue lights on for no reason, should be soon.

What’s wrong with running up and down the side streets ringing bells and wasting diesel to check hydrants, shithole buildings and mapping routes?
Nothing.
It’s something an empty hoser supervisor should be doing.

Did CFD create a CAFS Unit?
These “tasks” were/are probably already done on some scale.

A disaster in waiting.
When the buggies get caught up in the everyday pop-up Cat 5 communitay crossfire hurricanes or some wayward chittlin gets runt’over, which boss will take the heat?

Ok rahm buy these:
Orlando Fire Department Places Bulletproof Vests in All Trucks
http://www.fireapparatusmagazine.com/articles/pt/2017/04/orlando-fire-department-places-bulletproof-vests-in-all-trucks.html

Then buy these ambulances:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GTdx331J7LQ

Oh they "look like military vehicles" yes they do we are in a "war zone" this is "war time" here lets protect the people that are most needed to protect us and then how about these:
Cop cars get Ford armour-piercing bullet protection in US
https://www.stuff.co.nz/motoring/news/77773193/cop-cars-get-ford-armourpiercing-bullet-protection-in-us

Excerpt:
Ford has offered factory-installed ballistic panels on its police car doors since 2008. But previous versions protected against handgun fire and non-armour piercing bullets. Between 5 per cent and 10 per cent of police vehicles Ford sells in the US have the optional ballistic protection, which costs around US$1500 (NZ$2246) per door.

Come on mayor and council its a start! Brendan Reilly you are demanding more police on the savagely invaded, high taxed Michigan ave, how about demanding protection like this for first responders? Ford has been making the ballistic panels since 2008 and we have absolutely no vehicles equipped with them why not?

Golly,Gee whiz rahm if you and toni and most of the council were not such assholes disparaging the President and harboring illegal criminals, maybe he could sign an executive order to give us the money needed to "keep police and fire safe!" But no mayor you and the rest will spend billions on pandering, like the 24,000 4 years olds you want in school, and giving illegals the right to vote in this corrupt swamp!
