- I have an inside guy/girl at COPA. Can’t say to much but “rumor” that N Fenner put a number on E Johnson for discrimination based on sex/race. Its the funniest CR they seen. Its got to be a play by EJ and NF to get a excuse to promote Fenner to exempt because superintendent isn’t supposed to promote family while still in office. These two have no shame. You used to be respectable Eddie.
- Rumors of Lieutenant Fenner CR against Superintendent Johnson: Fenner and Johnson thought she would get a gold star in several months. Johnson was denied by City Hall HR and is furious. City HR says the exam cheating scandal is too fresh and nepotism allegations would be hard for the Mayor to deflect close to election. Johnson told Fenner to file an EEOC complaint so he would get leverage to promote her in an effort to settle the EEOC complaint. Respect: This is the first original idea Johnson has had since becoming superintendent.

- A certain Lie-tenant (N.F.) has filed an EEOC complaint against the Chicago Police Department & specifically the Superintendent (her husband) claiming racial discrimination in the promotional process. The claim...”she’s being discriminated against by the department in that she has not been promoted to Commander because she is an African American woman.” Isn’t that how she’s made it to Lie-Tenant...via a merit bump to Sgt & the answers to the Lts test??

Off topic but I just have to relay this story. We have been driving a relatively new Ford Taurus for the last couple years. Recently the Panasonic Toughbook PDT started losing its signal and eventually became unusable. The electronics section was called for repair and their response was "there is nothing they can do about the PDT and it can not be replaced due to air bag issues" and "all other districts have been informed of this problem". So we now have a $30k vehicle that is useless because of the way a $800 PDT was installed. And by the sound of it there are multiple of these vehicles out in the districts! Honestly, can whom ever is in charge of researching our equipment needs be any more incompetent?

Off topic but I just have to relay this story. We have been driving a relatively new Ford Taurus for the last couple years. Recently the Panasonic Toughbook PDT started losing its signal and eventually became unusable. The electronics section was called for repair and their response was "there is nothing they can do about the PDT and it can not be replaced due to air bag issues" and "all other districts have been informed of this problem". So we now have a $30k vehicle that is useless because of the way a $800 PDT was installed. And by the sound of it there are multiple of these vehicles out in the districts! Honestly, can whom ever is in charge of researching our equipment needs be any more incompetent?
This particular Lie-tenant is more suited to cleaning CTA busses than being a police official. Did you ever have to endure speaking to her? A true dimwitted blockhead! So meritwise, the skys the limit!

Two New Jersey police officers have been placed on administrative duty after one was recorded repeatedly punching a Philadelphia woman as they wrestled on the ground at a New Jersey beach over the Memorial Day weekend.
Video of the confrontation, which took place in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday around 4 p.m.,
The footage shows multiple Wildwood Police Department officers working in concert to subdue a woman they identified as Emily Weinman, a 20-year-old from Philadelphia, who is seen flailing her arms and legs in a one-piece black swimsuit.
The cops manage to wrestle Weinman to the sand and one is seen throwing three punches with his right fist down onto her head, while another pins her legs.
Numerous beachgoers circling the melee can be heard repeatedly warning Weinman, "Stop resisting."
Wildwood Police Chief Robert Regalbuto confirmed to ABC Philadelphia station WPVI that two officers had restricted to administrative duty but asked the public to not rush to any judgments before the body camera footage is released in its entirety in the coming days.
"I clearly think it's something we need to work on, but, again, you have to see the entire video," the police chief said.
When asked by a reporter if the incident will lead to more training, Regalbuto said "you can never have enough training," adding that the department will need to learn from its mistakes.

The problem is the city fleet dept. They are nothing but parts changers, Ford offers fully upfitted vehicles,properly done, wiring "plug and play" the city has so call techs that butcher the wiring ruining the vehicles! That is what happens with political appointments!

010 3rd watch waiting for the Lts to come to blows with their girls high school BS. The hair gel Lt with barely any time on the job rants and whines and whines in roll call last week about a change the on duty watch commander made (the guy with way more time on the job) on the watch when the Lt was Off. He goes on to tell the watch if there is something you don’t like you come to “ME and only ME”. I’ve been a great guy helping out all of you but if I gotta start micro-managing the watch I will and not be happy about it! Because I’m off but I will. This is not the other LT’s watch it’s mine and I hear about it from the XO!
Fast forward today the Lt (with the time) Tells roll call. I know some stuff was said in roll call last week but if you have a problem you come to any Lt and we will handle it.

010 3rd watch waiting for the Lts to come to blows with their girls high school BS. The hair gel Lt with barely any time on the job rants and whines and whines in roll call last week about a change the on duty watch commander made (the guy with way more time on the job) on the watch when the Lt was Off. He goes on to tell the watch if there is something you don’t like you come to “ME and only ME”. I’ve been a great guy helping out all of you but if I gotta start micro-managing the watch I will and not be happy about it! Because I’m off but I will. This is not the other LT’s watch it’s mine and I hear about it from the XO!
Fast forward today the Lt (with the time) Tells roll call. I know some stuff was said in roll call last week but if you have a problem you come to any Lt and we will handle it.
Wonder what’s eating at the hair gels shorts? He’s handling his beef with the other Lt like some awful divorce putting the kids in the middle of it. Kinda entertaining watching but these are the guys that are supposed to help us out,out there and lead us. Long ways off from the bosses that you used to respect. They can’t even handle their own shit amounts themselves. Pretty embarrassing and sad!

Funny I was thinking the same thing, but a CTA bus cleaner job is over her head. She's nothing but a feral, entitled, lazy witch that would be far more at home working a street corner. It's a scam. Eddie is pretty much outta here, especially with this upcoming election. He is too much of a liability. She is too young to retire so she will resign (because after he leaves, no boss will take care of her). She (they) will win the suit with his help and the City will pay (as a reward for him leaving quietly). The 010th district has become a complete shit hole. 3 year wonders and all the bosses side pieces are all getting taken care of.
