Another EEOC Beef?

- City Law Department received Lie-tenant Davina Ward’s EEOC Complaint today.
We have no idea what the basis for any of these beefs are. Anyone?

The rumor from Sups office is that after all the crap from the scandal of Lietenant test.
They all have a brick on them.
So they are playing gender and race cards since all around them are moving up.
And stripper Ed cannot punish one and not the rest. So while he is still superintendent they stay one bars.....
It only makes sense to them. To us? Not so much.
Unless there is some smoking gun yet to be known or revealed, it seems this mess will be a lot of paperwork for naught.
Not only that, the good Lie-Tenant also filed a CR number against the one Sergeant who had the balls to put his name on an IG complaint against her. She is alleging that Sgt JP filed a false allegation against her. How's THAT for some balls.

Cheating LT Ward, Fenner & Hall all filed EEOC complainants because they were named in a IG investigation for cheating on the 2015 exam (which we all know they did) but the worthless IG cleared them all per Rham orders.
Guess who is handling the EEOC Beef? The same IG office. Sounds like bullshit to me. Rham will make sure US tax payers settle with these worthless cheating whores!!

This is what happens when the IG doesn't do his fucking job. None of these morons should even be lieutenants. Now they're complaining that they're being discriminated against for not getting further undeserved promotions? Not surprising, but when is it enough? How about a real investigation this time? We all know they cheated. We all know Eddie said Nakia went to study groups and she said she didn't. One of them is lying. Well, I guess they both are in a way. Reviewing the actual test questions and answers with subject matter experts isn't exactly studying. It's cheating. And all these "NOBLE" lieutenants participated. They should all be fired and charged. But nothing will happen, because they're black and this is Chicago. Ridiculous.

All around them are moving up? Not really...They have made TWO promotions from that list - Cato (great score! ...ahem) and Kimble (merit). That’s it. So what’s their beef?? They should get promoted first? Why? Because they are female?
I got made off same list, but I earned my score, and I’m a M/2. That’s the kiss of death. I’ll surely retire a Lt.
Dear god....this is the same asshole that, right after receiving her “earned” promotion, ordered two PO’s from 022 to arrest a group of religious protesters from the sidewalk in front of Revrund Wright’s church on 95 and Eggleston. She told them that the church owned all the property from the curb to the building, including the sidewalk. When she was informed about that silly little thing called the 1st Amendment, and that the protesters had the right to be on the sidewalk saying anything they wanted, she changed her story and put them blocking the driveway. When told she would have to be the complainant, she totally backed down......Only the best and brightest, and ENTITLED should be promoted!,

The funny thing is that if they had just taken part two, signed their names on the test and left, they would have been meritoriously promoted to Let, then if promoted to commander everyone would have just shaken their heads. Now they drew so much attention by cheating that promoting them would create chaos. Their eeoc beef was poorly thought out, now they will have to give an official statement about the test, and if their beef is challenged they will have to swear that they did not cheat. Now they are locked into a rule 14.

Just where do you think a person who has credibility with the police department, the public, and the politicians is going to come from? CPD has been a mess for 100+ years and it has slowly gotten worse. I don't know if there is a fix. You cannot have an effective police department unless the public in general trusts the department and CPD, rightly or not, lost that trust. Getting it back is going to be very hard.

Mia sissac told me that Ferguson refused to investigate the matter I had that COPA referred to Chicago Inspector General. This is a matter related to davina Ward that has been covered up by everyone in CPD and especially Ferguson and Brian Peete.

Well, CPD did send her to Boston for leadership and management training. We are that lucky to have her.
Fact: Eugene Williams had the lieutenant’s exam. Fact: Sworn affidavits and testimony exist of Williams, Fenner, Hall and Ward holding meetings in HQ. Fact: Due to their assignments, these were not related to Department business. Fact: Joe Ferguson’s report said there was “no evidence.” That is false.
Is it true that Williams refused to cooperate and retired before he sat for his interview? Ferguson has been doing what Rahm says and completed a bullshit investigation to protect a superintendent due to his race. Now that Rahm is on the ropes maybe it’s time for him to do a proper investigation.
Joe, it’s racist to hold black people to a lower standard. There are plenty of good black officers who want to and have earned the right to hold their head high and not be tainted by a racist system which gives bad black officers a pass.

Dont forget the time Bt 321 3rd watch responds to an animal abuse call. They see the dog in dire conditions and attempt to free the animal from behind the fence. The owner comes out, MF's the coppers and takes the dog inside. Coppers go back to 003 to do the case for animal abuse and the owner calls beefing the coppers broke his fence. Lt Ward then orders a beat car to give the offender a Criminal Damage to Property report (thus listing the COPPERS as the offenders). The responding beat car got wind of this, went through the channels and it got squashed. Then she has the gall to come into roll call the next day and blame the beat car for not "completing their job" and "hiding behind other supervisors." And this is who you want to run a district?
