- An FBI agent got himself into an embarrassing situation on Saturday when his service weapon fell out of its holster while dancing at a Denver club and he accidentally shot a fellow patron while retrieving it.
Denver police responded to Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar for an accidental shooting at about 12:45 a.m. on Saturday. According to police, an off-duty FBI agent was dancing at the club when his firearm fell to the ground. He picked the gun up and it went off, shooting another person in the leg.
Amazing.

I'd rather have my sister working in a whorehouse than my brother working in the FBI....
Take that to the bank young ones... Never. Trust. A. Fed.
Obama unfortunately did not create the FBI version of COPA before slithering his way out of office
Nobody told him break dancing and guns don't go well together. POW!
What the asshole did was put his finger on the trigger and pull when he tried to pick the pistol up. Two strikes against him, a poor holster and negligent weapon handling. Those pistols don't go off unless the trigger is pulled. Otherwise, neat pack flip. The FBI is so ultra cool, that is why everyone loves them.
Federal agent. Wben the ink dries on the case report they will promote him, raise his salary by 50k and put him in charge of Russian hacking.
Hate when those darn guns just go off.
Retired CPD in Oklahoma says....
Do all FBI agents get trained how to get drunk and do back flips ? ... guess it's what they do when they're not looking for collusion.
The gun wasn't at fault. The proof is that the gun did not go off when the idiot did the back flip and the gun fell out and hit the floor. The problem was the idiot who put his finger on the trigger when he picked it up.
Unless you pull on the center piece of the trigger there is no way the striker will hit the primer on the cartridge. Even if you mangled the trigger, the Glock will remain safe. There is a safety plunger in the slide that is under spring tension. The Glock will not fire until the plunger is forced down by the center piece on the trigger. You have to intentionally or stupidly pull the trigger.
Only thing I can think of this is the NRA fault somehow ....Well, have to go feed the horse, then get the wife to watch me practice doing back flips, Don't want the Fed's showing up this 70 year old city copper....
Stay Fetal...
Stay Safe....
Go home.....
Rahm, you little vile leftist little punk of a man child....Fuck You.
.
No, it didn’t just, “went off”. If you watch the video closely you can see when he attempted to pick it up a finger goes into the trigger guard, onto the trigger, and it does what is is designed to do, it discharges
This guy should be on the 7th floor in DC HQ.
Heard he has already been contacted about being a contestant on the next season of Dancing With The Stars!
a young dashing FBI guy may just give some one the vapors.
Guns will discharge when you pull the trigger.
Same thing happened to Le Roy Martin. His Glock fired all by itself when it was in a drawer.
There's a lot to be said for the Berretta 92 with a decocker/safety. Idiotic discharge is less likely.
Shit happens.
I would have liked to have seen the dance the other patron did after being shot in the leg.
This guy will be fired by the FBI and will soon be in the CPD academy. He is definitely Commander material!
Putting the "special" in special agent.
It looks like the foreign field office in Ulan Bastos will be getting a new SAC soon
Amen. Guns almost never just "go off", it should read "he fired the weapon". The only weapon system I know to just "go off" are runaway MK19's.
Yeah well it took a little of the shine off the wing tips. On the other hand, A Legend is born.....
Yeah ok. So many gun experts 100% positive they know everything about unintentional discharges. In this video it does appear he put his finger in the trigger guard. He was adrenalized and I’m sure he pulled the trigger. The Glock trigger requires little to no effort to discharge. I instantly became a better shot just taking my new Glock out of the box, but I am extremely nervous about handling the gun without attaching a guard/ cover on it. any gun dropped can discharge. CPD has had many CRs initiated for this happening. Locker room discharges happen every so often with the gun being knocked off the beach, seat, sink , etc..... Shit happens...... Do stupid things ,expect stupid things to happen.
Dancing....who does that?
He'll be rewarded with a promotion
and moved to the Chicago office so
he can help jackpot more Coppers here.
...Now, if only you Coppers here would
stop thinking you're so slick and original
that you can get away with doing dumb
criminal shit that piques FBI interest...
Be vested in being the cause of Chicago
area feebs turning on each other because
"The Cops aren't doing shit anymore and
we're so bored now."
Force them to pivot and actually have to get
out in the world and deal with Dude Inc.
since they're too chickenshit as an organization
to go after the endemic corporate, media and
political corruption that has ruined Chicago as
a place for decent people as much as the violence
perpetrated by a protected and politically weaponized
demographic subset...
Dancing With The Stars, judges gave him 5 badges baby!
FBI training...
Y'all gotta jump down turn around pickup your little hand gun Oh Lawdy...
Okay so McStreetLites and an FBI agent walk into a bar and....

I actually know you're sister. She would do great in a whorehouse. As for your brother, well he is pretty dumb, not sure the FBI would take him.
Take that to the bank young ones... Never. Trust. A. Fed
There is no such thing as an accidental discharge, any unintended firing of a weapon is an ND.
Maybe Rahmicide can have him stripped, no pay status and placed in call back.
This guy in CPD would become a merit Sgt or Lt and be a 35/Michigan making it all the way up to street deputy.
What did he blow? Surely he was polygraphed.

Would YOU rather be working in a whorehouse than working in the fbi?
You may dislike your sister and find your brother tolerable.
Thus, your fervancy is questionable.
Find the video. It actually falls out when he does a back flip.
never trust a fed he will screw over and sand bag a police officer in a new York minute
They gave him 72 hours before he had to take the breathilizer
Glock?
We know that it was an accident because he only discharged his weapon once.
Wow. How far the Federal Bureau of "Matters" has fallen.
I bet he got all the babes after that
WHAT A ASSHOLE , Good Moves Dumb ASS

I hope you're drunk.
THAT is why I won't do two shows a night anymore, babe. I won't do it. ...
F’in funny as hell mr. Southside!
Good one!
If you had to score this compared to the DEA guys in the kids class room how would you score it. I'd give it 9, 10, 8, 9, 9, 10, 8, 10. In the dumb ass Olympics.
A bit higher then the DEA guy due to its originality. Ive never even heard of a "back flip in a bar" ND and Ive seen bullet holes in many a wall and ceiling all over the city.
i wonder who is dumber him or the fbi agent that got his vehiclew stolen last year with the keys in the ignition
I didn't Know the FBI gives Training in Break Dancing now , I Guess they have to do something these Days , Seriously what a Asshole , this is what we can expect from future FBI Agents.
Lesson #1. Never over reach when trying to impress the ladies😮
Federal Bureau of Incompetence
Who in th hell picks up their service weapon and puts their finger inside the trigger guard? The FBI does. Lmfao!

How do you know that they are not the same?
Finger on the trigger?? That's a suspension at least for violating firearm safety rules. The "Feebees" are trained better than that. Really. And had they been drinking???
As for those who like Glocks, or any other striker-fired semi-automatics, but don't like the low-weight trigger pull, consider getting a "New York" trigger spring installed. It raises the trigger pull to 8 or 12 pounds (a standard Glock is 5 lbs. pull).
The alternative is going to a double-action only semi-automatic, which will normally have a higher weight trigger pull.

Trigger pull is perhaps a ginned-up controversy?
How about the Springfield XD line of pistols?
They're seemingly designed to be more tolerant
of being "mishandled" than Glocks but again,
nothing ever overrules common sense and nothing
outranks 'General Safety' in regard to handling
and operating firearms.
-2 Semi custom .45 Tactical Pistols with all improved
factory installed internals, .45 Super capability
and 15+1 capacity-
Nothing external, no cute embellishment/engraving
stock appearance and a trigger pull that hits
the window of factory stock.
Remember... Any mass produced firearm is built
to a price point. You want better? You WILL
pay for it...
No hate from you Glock and S&W Shield fanboys!
They're all excellent weapons in their own right.
Personal tastes and experiences carry the day.
As always... Train.
And train again...
Be safe always.
Judgement by 12 over being carried by six.

Too much time spent puffing his panties about how he's
the very best of "law enforcement" and not enough time
devoted to putting more wrinkles in his "fat cap?"
Policemen do/have done/will continue to do dumb shit.
Policemen don't have the luxury of their fuck-ups
being burned, buried or mostly paid to go away...

Not so fast sport...
Ask NYPD about those horrid NY1 and NY2 triggers they're
mandated to have... The "Community" pushed for these in
an effort to "slow down" Police shootings.
As a result, marksmanship deteriorates enough as it
is under stress, let alone with an imposed handicap
like a "heavier" trigger pull.
What does it take to get an agent fired really they allowed a school shooting to happen and no one is held accountable?
