State Rep Martwick, who just beat CPD Sgt Aimme Kessem, is shady just like Ald Arena. There friends but he knows Arena is in too deep and can't win. So Martwick has gone out to get a puppet. Firefighter Gardiner, who is on the ballot. See Gardiner was told he'd be taken care of. Martwick put bill HB 5342 which he knew wouldn't pass but knew he'd hook in Gardiner. The bill was to increase FF pension if they become alderman. Martwick and Arena are still in cahoots but they know Gardiner will get first responder votes. Preckwinkle already has a spot for super socialist police hater Arena in city hall. SCC and fellow citizens get the word out.

In one of those wards a candidate who is running against an incumbent is already getting smeared by someone sending out mailers to people who signed the canidate's petition. There is no return address.

Garry McCarthy went on the Radio last night and literally was sreamed at by Liberal Bruce Wolf on the Bruce Wolf and Amy Jacobsen show after he called out Both Preckwinkle and Kim Foxx saying they need to go in person to the widows and explain why murder Charges were not brought against the offender in their deceased husbands death. I was shocked!!! I will vote for him in a HEARTBEAT after hearing that. The alternative is Preckwinkle and the Hyde Park agenda. Even Amy Jacobsen backed Garry and told Bruce Wolf he was wrong.
Wolf said it was just a guy shooting his gun!!! He can’t be held accountable for dead cops! -and blamed cops for LaQuan McDonald.

Judges ate politicians in black robed. That is the truest statement that's been said today. Anyone who holds an elected, appointed or meritorious position in any walk of life are beholden to their master(s). Politics are a means to an end. Politics and their games-men, the politician are self proclaimed through desire, act and deed royalty. They want and expect to be treated like noblemen, amd quest for wealth and power. They will day and do anything to get it, and will use, abuse and manipulate anyone and any situation in their quest. So, yes, every judge is beholden to a master and will ultimately cater to their whim. But unlike politicians who do it blatantly and date you to do anything about it, judges do it through the cloak of their oath.
Have voted no on Cook County judges since I came on the job in 1968.

An incredibly on point response SCC 12/22/18 4:40:00AM It is demonstrative of the far reaching judicial tentacles of the Cook County Democratic party. A party that has destroyed truth and open government throughout this entire state. They have done so by corrupting a sufficient percentage of the populace which election after election persists in voting for the party, not for good, open government. If you support the party, if you support the machine you support the corruption and incompetent candidates that the machine puts on the ballot and tells you to vote for. You have a duty as a voter to at least Google candidates you are thinking about to see what is out there, verify it and make a somewhat informed decision. We have things in history like Silver Shovel, Hired Truck and all the other corruption that comes out of Daley Center and City Hall emanating from the election of party sanctioned Judges. When you spend enough time in court (awake) and you hear often the truth ruled inadmissible you should not wonder how we got here after decades. Now go wonder why streets are unsafe for the police and we citizens and which party, interest groups and politicians are responsible for allowing crime to flourish.

That would mean voting against Peggy Chiampas. I think it would be far better to single out individual judges. I'm already noting names with the appropriate news links or screenshots and would be glad to share in an email to SCC come next election.

SCC you should also identify the connected insiders within the CPD. Expose the family trees that branch out and are connected to other city and cook county agencies — generations of connected family members that continue to fuel the machine. We need a family tree database like ancestry.com to expose the connected employees idestroying our city and police department. Want to weed out corruption follow the DNA across all city agencies. Don't just expose a few of the people you don't agree with politically like anti-police Arena. How about pro-police Napolitano and his family ties. Getting out the first responder vote in the 45th Ward is not going to swing the election as there are not that many of them. Your premise does not seem to be based in facts. Please produce some evidence before you put baseless innuendoes out there.

Start believing and wake up. You say he is supposed to represent his constituents but does the opposite. He’s not that stupid, evidently not everyone in the 45th thinks like you. Unfortunately for us, the southeast side of the 45th are strong for him. That and the fact that they changed the 45th boundaries and gave the heavily populated area of police and fire were given to the 39th ward. That helped Arena.
A few years ago when he started the 5150 thing, all the police and fire said he just committed political suicide. Turned out not be the case

The city is changing including the 45th ward. Look at the ward results in the presidential election. Even the strongest northwest ward, the 45th ward couldn’t carry for Trump. Hillary got 57% of the vote and you would be surprised at the number of votes Hillary got in the 45th ward. Quite apparent the constituents and your neighbors in the 45th don’t share your thoughts on Arena.

Hey SCC, it’s easy to paint all Cook County Circuit Court judges with a the same broad brush; however, Judge Kazmeirski handed down the last death penalty sentence in Cook County to my arrestee, Dion Banks, at trial in 2006 (Ford City vehicular hijacking/ armed robbery/ murder-got him with gun and the car at Lake and St. Louis hours later with two other youth officers Gillespie and Huss along with Joe Cardo). There’s also my Weber alumnus Ronald Bartkowicz from the old branch 41 who would never, ever allow a defendants attorney to embarrass or berate a policemen on the stand. So go ahead and vote them all out, including Peggy Chiampis, and get ready to swear in the skinny jean, neck bearded hipster judges living in Wicker Park. I worked with Joe Duplechin in 007...he is a good man and a hard worker. I would vote for him. He seems like the kind of person that would make fair, non-political decisions concerning the ward and the city.

She is behind his PR work on 5150 & the associated smear campaign against opponents. She leverages her connections in the media at Chicago Reader, Tribune, the late DNAinfo & now BlockClub (both Sebella run).
While Knlonsky is working with Lightfoot, in their capacity as Dem ward committeemen, Martwick (38) and Arena (45) have endorsed Preckwinkle. They held a meet and greet for her at Nest Bar on Irving Park in November. They also gave her prominent placement at the mayoral candidate forum at Copernicus last week. Both of them, owe Toni. Ok It’s me Joe Duplechin, I am getting everything started in January, because as a working policeman I don’t have all the free time in the world to go door to door. I still have to have pay, and insurance for my family. But I’m taking a 1b 2b and connecting as many days as possible. I plan on talking to as many ward residents as I can between now and the election. I have won the Chicago regional council of Carpenters endorsements, the Chicago federation of Labor endorsement, the SEIU local 73 endorsement, and hopefully since I’m the only Police Officer in the race, I can win the FOP endorsement. What issues is 41 facing. Heneghan was a fireman in Elmwood Park not Chicago. He is also a bold faced liar, makes promises that he cannot keep. typical politician who says he can do something and tries to take credit for it when it does happen. In my case it didn't happen and he still tried to feed me a line of B.S.I experienced it first hand with his line of BS about trying to get a kid into Notre Dame. No thanks I will stick with Napolitano, at least he sticks up for the first responders and the residents of the 41st. Plus he actually worked for Chicago not the suburbs.

Ok so Joe Duplechin is a 39th candidate? I’ll say it again, haven’t heard a peep from him and neither have my neighbors, many of whom are current or retired Cpd. We need a voice. Start knocking on doors and talking to us so we can determine if you’re on our side, or just another tool. Murphy left a note on my door, “sorry I missed you”. At least he was here, unfortunately I wouldn’t piss on him if he was on fire for being associated with that north side Dem police hating prick that tweeted that vile.
At least a month or two ago Murphy came to my door to have me sign a petition for him. At that time I had heard nothing about him, but declined because I wanted to see who the other candidates were and explained tou can only sign one petition, not everyone who comes to the doir

Read in SCC a few weeks ago LaPorte dropped out. All his signs are gone in my neighborhood and there were plenty of them
Don’t know Dyplechin but feel if he isn’t out there now campaigning in the ward, how interested is he in the job and how hard will he work for his constituents

Why are you going to spread bullshit? If you want to back a candidate, then say who your guy is and why. Samantha Nugent husbend has zero relation to any politicians. In fact, he’s from Kankakee. If D’Amico wanted to keep that spot, he would have ran and won. I agree, dont vote for the police hating Murphy but do your research on the other candidates and don’t make up bullshit. Talk about acting like a machine politician. Jeez.
