I remember Little Luis from Puerto Rican Fest at Humbolt Park. He arrived in a squad car with some children. A goofy sergeant ran up to the car and opened the door for him. During his grand entrance he was telling these kids to watch out for the police and how to report them if they were ever hassled by them. Obviously he was trying to rile the police officers on the detail. What an arrogant self absorbed little twit.

Several times while at the podium in the U.S. House of Representatives, Lil' "FALN" Louie would bite his entire lower lip, scrunch up his weasel face in a show of disgust and go off the rails while speaking ill of DJT. Each time, it was disgusting. Hopefully, in the near future, his only audience will be fellow inmates.
