Feds Piling On

Desperate to rehabilitate their image after being shredded at the national level (and more to come when the lies told in FISA Court are exposed), the FBI is hammering low hanging fruit:
  • college bribery scandal ensnaring Hollywood types;
  • upcoming indictments for mail threats of Smollett;
  • Additional federal charges have been filed against two Chicago police officers already accused of lying to judges to obtain search warrants and then stealing cash and drugs from the properties they searched.

The indictment on Wednesday accuses Xavier Elizondo and David Salgado of conspiracy to violate civil rights and obstruction of justice. Elizondo is also accused of trying to persuade Salgado to conceal evidence.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly scheduled a Tuesday arraignment on the new charges for the officers.
This is going to be especially difficult for the FBI to explain, seeing as how there is a national scandal about to erupt over their lying to federal judges over a FISA warrant (renewed four times) based on falsified documents, paid for by Hillary and leaked to the media by all sorts of Sparklefart holdovers.

But as we said below, when the feds have you, they really have you, regardless of the shame they ought to be feeling over their own illegal acts.

The officers should use the Hillary Clinton defense of no intent. Its not like the two officers hid national security or top secret information on unauthorized unsecured servers in violation of federal laws. Where are the priorities in this "premier Law Enforcement" agency?

Putting cases on little fish when the big fish are swimming in their jacuzzies eating caviar mocking the rule of law that only need only apply to the unconnected unwashed little people.

The FISA lies by the FBI is something we may never read or hear about in the mainstream media. The best the libtards can do is to try and take a wide brush and paint conservative media like FoxNews and Limbaugh and portray them as right wing extremist cranks. So for everyone who reads and participates in this blog it up to us to help spread the truth about what a bunch of rotten, lying mother effers have avoided prosecutions that would have you and I housed for decades if we did the same thing. For a while I'd get tired of Limbaugh and Hannity hammering over and over the same point about this federal corruption. We're now seeing a byproduct of what the liberals have spawned. We''ve got it now in our own city council. So obviously there's a group out there, getting funding from the likes of Soros, that believe all this BS. If we respect our freedoms, we have to realize the empty promises of more free stuff is absolute fiction. And in closing, my question is when will the Clintons be prosecuted and why isn't Slick Willie a registered sex offender?

Oakland police lose ground on reforms in court monitor’s new report

A court monitor has found Oakland police are losing ground in their 16-year struggle to comply with dozens of reforms, dealing a major setback to the department’s goal of finally emerging from federal oversight.

I am a former Navy Airborne Electronic Warfare Officer and a Disabled Vietnam Vet.
A “war hero” doesn’t finish 894th out of 899 in his class and still get stationed at a Navy champagne unit and promoted ahead of all but two of his 898 other classmates.
A “war hero” doesn’t crash three U.S. Navy jets out of sheer incompetence and ineptitude, including two during non-combat training sessions.
A “war hero” doesn’t get written up on drunk-and-disorderly, fraternization, disobeying orders, and insubordination charges more than two dozen times in less than three years. Any other Naval Aviator would have been out of the service and on the street in short order.
A "war hero" doesn't make repeated pro-North Vietnam propaganda broadcasts and come out of captivity weighing just a few pounds less than when he went in while other POWs came out having lost 30%-40% of their pre-captivity bodyweight.
A “war hero” doesn’t get promoted to squadron commander of the air field named after his own grandfather immediately after crashing his third airplane. A “war hero” doesn’t have all the military records that cover his time in Vietnam and all disciplinary actions against him censored and sealed “as a matte r of national security.”
A “war hero” doesn’t get 28 medals awarded all after-the-fact “for bravery” for no other reason than being shot down and captured and then go on a celebrity public relations tour because he’s the son of two acclaimed Navy admirals.
A “war hero” doesn’t repeatedly cheat on the wife who’s back in the states waiting for him, and then cheat on her more when he returns to the states, and then divorce and abandon her.
A “war hero” doesn’t systematically vote against every single pay and benefit increase for military and veterans throughout his entire political career, all the while claiming to be “the soldier’s Congressman,” and then take credit for the passage of a G.I. benefits bill he that voted AGAINST.
A “war hero” - McCain III lost jet number one in 1958 when he plunged into Corpus Christi Bay while practicing landings. He was knocked unconscious by the impact coming to as the plane settled to the bottom. McCain’s second crash occurred while he was deployed in the Mediterranean. “Flying too low over the Iberian Peninsula,” Timberg wrote, “he took out some power lines [reminiscent of the 1998 incident in which a Marine Corps jet sliced through the cables of a gondola at an Italian ski resort, killing 20] which led to a spate of newspaper stories in which he was predictably identified as the son of an admiral.”
McCain’s third crash three occurred when he was returning from flying a Navy trainer solo to Philadelphia for an Army-Navy football game. Timberg reported that McCain radioed, “I’ve got a flameout” and went through standard relight procedures three times before ejecting at one thousand feet. McCain landed on a deserted beach moments before the plane slammed into a clump of trees.
A “war hero” does not show by performing a wet start on a aircraft carrier in 1967 which killed 164 Americans and wounded 62 more Americans. Anyone else causing a disaster like this would have been locked up.
McCain’s fifth loss happened during his 23rd mission over North Vietnam on Oct. 26, 1967, when McCain’s A-4 Skyhawk was shot down by a surface-to-air missile. McCain ejected from the plane breaking both arms an d a leg in the process and subsequently parachuted into Truc Bach Lake near Hanoi.
For 23 combat missions (an estimated 20 hours over enemy territory), the U.S. Navy awarded McCain a Silver Star, a Legion of Merit for Valor, a Distinguished Flying Cross, three Bronze Stars, two Commendation medals plus two Purple Hearts and

For 23 combat missions (an estimated 20 hours over enemy territory), the U.S. Navy awarded McCain a Silver Star, a Legion of Merit for Valor, a Distinguished Flying Cross, three Bronze Stars, two Commendation medals plus two Purple Hearts and a dozen service medals.
“McCain had roughly 20 hours in combat,” explains Bill Bell, a veteran of Vietnam and former chief of the U.S. Office for POW/MIA Affairs — the first official U.S. representative in Vietnam since the 1973 fall of Saigon. “Since McCain got 28 medals,” Bell continues, “that equals out to about a medal-and-a-half for each hour he spent in combat.
I spent ten years flying in the Navy and ended up with nine medals/ribbons including my Vietnam service, which was about normal for officers who didn't have their Admiral father writing commendations for them.
McCain also proved his "character" when he returned from Vietnam to a wife who had been in a horrific auto accident and left disfigured and confined to a wheelchair while waiting faithfully for him for six years. Very shortly after he returned he divorced her and married the "trophy wife" who would enhance his political aspirations.
We called McCain "Songbird" and you will have a hard time finding any Vietnam era Naval Aviator who did not loathe him

#1 in corruption right here in the Midwest.
Queer is how Hillary and the obama administration have not been implicated for anything that’s so far been exposed.
And there still plenty of that influence still lingering.
They’ve run the DOJ like an Illinois politician if that’s was a surprise.
Finding legitimacy in the Bureau is still scarce.
Look how long it took to get Fast Eddie Vrdolyak, no wonder Ed Burke is confident he’ll be walking.

In other Fed related news:
The Brothers Johnson may weather their storm -
- “A Detroit man has been sentenced to six months in prison (plus three years on probation) for cashing 37 years' worth of his dead mother's social security checks - accruing more than $280,000 in benefits to which he wasn't entitled.”

Lib Appointied judge department:
Anyone who had the displeasure to be called before the Fed court with Castillo on the bench (the Tim Evans of Us Northern District) knows he wasn’t too lenient w/CPD, but...
The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin reports Rebecca Pallmeyer (another Clinton judge) will take over from the Chicago-based court’s current chief judge, Ruben Castillo, in June.
How this replacement came from without POTUS recommendation is a mystery for now unless it’s a revolving never ending appointment.
Think it’s just a coincidence to put in a 65 yr old judge to replace a retiring 65 yr old judge?
Did You Know:
The present annual salary of the position is $191,360. A United States Magistrate Judge who retires after attaining the age of 65 years and serving at least 14 years, whether continuously or not, shall be entitled to receive, during the remainder of the Magistrate Judge's lifetime, an annuity equal to the salary being received at the time the United States Magistrate Judge leaves office.

Slightly off topic but another example of our totally F'd up federal government reared its ugly head a couple of days ago here in the northwest, eastern Washington in particular.

Sadly another LEO was gunned down and killed by an illegal alien with another LEO's femur blown to shit by the same A-hole. I'm not sorry to say that the illegal alien died in the hospital from GSW's.

This shit has to end. This tragedy should have never happened. I know it's mean spirited to ask the question, but how many Democrat lawmakers loved ones are going to have to be murdered or killed in TC's or raped or contract a previously eliminated disease or OD and die from smuggled Fentanyl or whatever before they do something?

I'm retired fire from a really big county FD in So. Cal. (you figure it out), and I've seen this shit up close and personal time and time again. Anyone that supports illegal immigration and sanctuary anything can kiss my ass.

God rest the soul of the brave LEO needlessly lost forever and prayers for a full recovery of his wounded brother in blue.

Unfortunately the likelihood of the long iteration of McCain's many faults being posted here by a true Naval aviator is zilch. There are bits of half-truths salted in that screed but most of it is inaccurate or completely untrue. Look up the websites that debunk urban legends and character assassinations like this and you will see that list has been around in various forms for a long time.

I'm not a fan of McCain but I think knowing the truth about something is essential.

To the people posting lists of McCain's "transgressions"

Look I am a vet and I don't have to go back to Vietnam to despise McCain, As a senator he was a member of the Keating Five, and did his dam-nest to get young American service-people killed in false wars to benefit the defense industry and foreign interests . We are lucky he did not get to be president or we would have seen WWIII. I used to say , while he was alive, that he needed to go to a warm place. I am sure he made it.

Anyway, As to his military record he was a poor pilot and of low character and no honor, but he did not cause the USS Forestal fire. His plane and the plane next to his were struck by a mis-fired Zuni rocket which few across the flight deck from another plane , and his plane and many others were loaded down with unstable and expired 1000lb bombs of Korean War parentage.

When you post a falsehood in a list it discredits you and the list, and the truth of the list will be dismissed. McCain did alot of bad( some possibly traitorous) things but the Forrestal Fire was not one. Please research it, They even have video of the fire.
Regards
