Media Sues for Jussie Files
- Keeping Jussie Smollett’s criminal records under wraps is pointless since the high-profile charges against him — and their subsequent bombshell dismissal — made news all over the world, attorneys for the Chicago Tribune and other news organizations argued Thursday in court in a bid to unseal the files.
“There is no way to secrete the fact of Jussie Smollett’s arrest. At this point it is widely and publicly known from here to Helsinki and back,” said Natalie Spears, a Tribune attorney. “No potential employer, let alone anyone with a pulse, does not know about Jussie Smollett’s arrest at this point.”
Golly, suing a democrat State's Attorney in a democrat county court system regarding dropped charges against a democrat? Did someone discover an entire closet full of testicles and they're just handing them out to anyone now?

Maybe someone in "the media" isn't happy that we are all laughing at them for dropping the ball on this case. They (probably the bosses) don't want to mix it up with Kimmy Foxxy and her support from "the community". They just want to go back to their regular "tickle and giggle" news programming.
Sad.
Maybe this will wake the feds up. Sending threats and white powder through the mail used to be a big deal. If they don't act on this the next person that gets caught can rightfully point out they let Jussie skate on it so they thought it was no big deal anymore.
If there is nothing to hide make it all public! Fox has out smarted herself this time. I can’t wait to vote her out!

They do not need a court order; just contact the “Leaker” in the Cook County Court system who gave you the “Sealed” divorce revords of the White guy who ran against Obama for the U.S. Senate. Back then the Media had No Problem accessing Sealed Cook County Court documents! Or was that easier because you were violating the privacy of a White family? Stay Strong! Baby “G”

Media sued Rahm and it took years to get private email exchanges Rahm had used illegally, costing taxpayers almost $2 million in legal fees to fight the FOI. Remember how he boasted he saved $175 million,Thank You Very Much™️?
So what ever the media does, Cook Co will use taxpayer money to fight release too. Seems to me like another share the wealth preferred attorney cash grab.
These elected politicians should be sued punitively and pay out of their own pockets for violating fundamental freedom of information releases.
Don’t forget either, they first they called the sealed Swoilette Capade an clerical error - something that could have been addressed and corrected the very same day.
Yet judge Leroy Jr doesn’t seem to mind keeping the file clamped shut to this day.
Lots of shenanigans, lots of corruption.
Plenty if time passed now so I expect plenty of redactions, lost notes, missing pages or maybe the entire file is missing and sitting in someone’s file cabinet at home.
Gag orders, sealed files and another Democrat driven attempt to deny transparency, what else is new.
Anything to discredit a Dimm has always been hidden, unless you go against The Machine, just ask Blago.
The Fed case is likely solid enough, the Cook Co example of selective prosecution will just fade away perhaps until 2020 election time.

Can’t find that leaker as he doesn’t exist. Maybe the leaker from the LA County Court system can be helpful. That’s where the divorce was heard and records sealed. The Trib, at the suggestion of David Axelrod, also filed to get the records unsealed and won.

The electronic and print media is worthless in general, untrustworthy, unreliable and a Machine tool for the Democrats. Don't support them and don't believe what they say. Those of us who work in the city or are city watchers know the city for what it is. A cesspool of continuous Democratic corruption, lies and deceit.
