Retired here..... I filed a CR number today Eddie Johnson based on news reports and the mayor statement. I also requested that all body cam footage and vehicle car footage be released...... Should be interesting if a investigation is conducted.

Folks, nothing will happen to anyone. Everyone knows, including the mayor that they were all scared and taking care of the boss. This is Chicago. The most corrupt place in America. Seems Kidney Bean had a habit of leaving his squad parked in the HQ lot and “loaning” himself cars reserved for exempts parked there. Why would he do that, you ask? To avoid anyone with access to the GPS real-time location of CPD vehicles, for example, Lt Wheezie, from knowing his whereabouts after hours. Convenient to his home for the switch back on the way home. Perhaps there is video of him exchanging the vehicles early Thursday morning?
Hopefully Wheezie's career just hit a brick wall.

That's only true if the investigation is of a serious criminal nature. I know several people who have retired with open CRs that had no problem.
