He spent all of yesterday calling people into his office, screaming at them, and then throwing them out of his office. Tuesday his secretary was seen running out the back door with tears in her eyes. The place is ready to explode. He has no friends left and is taking it out on all of us! Hey Mayor Lightfoot - can you please get this clown out of here!
And it must be nice to be connected - The Wod is telling everyone he'll be reinstated before Thanksgiving after drag racing across Indiana.

Escamerit related to his inside office crew that the Mayor cant touch him and they all have nothing to worry about as far as him being moved or demoted.This guy has some ego.Only in Corrupt Chicago could you get away with his long laundry list of transgressions and outright crimes.
He also said bringing in zero activity will not be tolerated. Except this time he didn’t put it down on paper.

Anyone stupid enough to be this “mopes” secretary or front office staff should get yelled at. CAPS STAFF is included-they stood by and became his personal errand officers and did nothing to complain or put a stop to it. This has led to this sham of a leader to think he can do whatever the f&$k he wants to p.o’s.
The front office white shirts either play along or leave - we have lost alot of great bosses because of this doofus.

Toni Excamerit is what is called a "BULLY BOSS"
His actions are similar to a nut case former 011 LT by the name of Johnnie Andrews, aka JA.
JA pulled the same BS when he was in 011. JA had targeted a f/2 officer who was on the petite size. On several occasions JA had her in the WC office screaming his head off at her for a personal vendetta orchestrated by former commander Bruce Rottner. After JA finished his verbal assault on the female officer she was seen leaving the WC office in tears. The officer did file a complaint with the Department, but not much was done to JA.
JA had approached several other male officers with the same BS, but when the male officers stood their ground and told him to step outside in the alley. JA quickly tucked his tail between his legs and never bothered the male officers again.
SO the point is, If you are called into Excamerits baby sitting service office, take several witnesses with you, to document his behavior. Don't stand for any supervisor, especially a merit all the way punk like Escamerit treating you like his personal punching bag.

And you know what? Maybe that dumb mutha is right about his clout! Because I can't understand why that asshole would be tearing down an out-of-state highway running blue lights and siren, nothing about that makes sense!
Word is that the Indiana State Police are still mulling over if they're going to charge Wod with felony fleeing & eluding.

Far too long this behavior has been synonymous with this department. Not only out of control bosses but white shirts backing each other even when wrong. Bosses over using their power and threatening officers with losing their jobs or worst using psyching someone as a form of punishment and retaliation because of a disagreement. I heard bosses screaming with this behavior in the halls my whole career. Put your body cameras on!! If they upset you to the point of physical illness go to the hospital.! It has to stop . File the EEOC and lawsuit. Retired now but tired of reading these stories over and over. The department needs to be held accountable and clean up its act.
I worked with a lot of great bosses, couldn’t say that when I retired, unfortunately.
Many of these bosses have a history of eeoc complaints already. There are patterns.
A lot of good attorneys out there. These screaming clowns have no idea who has family members with law degrees and experience. I’m not talking about the typical “cop law degree”.
We’re doomed.

Have to stand up for yourself, but they don’t. Like the secretary, front office and CAPS spot. 99% of EEOC complaints go nowhere. EEOC has a budget and they only go after cases affecting large groups of people You threw a wrench in your theory when you said many of the bosses have a history of EEOC complaints already. Then why are they still bosses ? And where are the officers that paid. There are none
Finally good private lawyers won’t take the case. Not a big enough payout

No way. They have had plenty of time to charge him with a felony if the wanted. Case is closed

This is really easy. If he starts screaming and shouting at you just tell him to go fuck his mother. He won't do shit. File an EEOC against him if you can. Even if it doesn't go anywhere the department will still have to pull a c.r. on him and investigate the allegation. Just keep pummeling this guy and hopefully he never makes deputy and has such a fucked up work history that no other department will ever touch him with a ten foot pole when he leaves CPD.
