Betting you won't see this one in the news:
- The two juvenile brothers charged with murder, ages 15 and 13, that killed Muhammad the store owner in Area South, were released from the Audy home on 18 Feb 2020 to the custody of their mother pending their next court date. No electronic monitoring, the only stipulation is a 7pm curfew.
We're thinking someone in the States Attorneys office might have seen this early morning comment and hit the panic button:
- The juvenile homicide offenders are back in custody. The ASAs filed an emergency motion this morning and the Judge has now held them.
Because it's so difficult to keep two juvenile murderers in the Audy Home until trial.

Do you honestly think anyone cares? The city has become numb to this and view this as normalcy from Cook County States Attorney Office. Conway could care less as well, he put every last egg he has in the Jussie Smollett basket. That is all we hear from Conway. Well in between poor people shouldn’t be in jail. I got news for you William, people are in jails because they fail to adhere to the laws of the land. I understand the pandering to a degree, so include this in your message. Bail should fit the crime, low level crime should result in alternative bail in order to ensure compliance.
What about the lack of prosecution when it comes to theft. This has had a terrible effect on the city and suburbs. What about motor vehicle thefts and car jackings? Again effecting city and suburbs. Draining resources that have left some suburban towns to just take reports and move along. Does Conway have a message for them? Seems to me Conway does not have a plan, other then attempting to purchase a job.
I understand anything has got to be better then the path of destruction Foxx has led the residents of this county on, but get your intentions out there. Put your vision in a message and deliver it to everybody. Otherwise you are not going to convince enough hard working, law abiding, fed up citizens to support you over the workings of the corrupt machine. The states attorneys office is immune from civil lawsuits, along with judges. The only people that can be second guessed and sued are police officers

...that’s what generation after generation of handouts does to you. You feel justified in not getting up and having to suck it up and play the game of going to work. . My mom grew up in a single parent household her entire life. Her mom never was educated beyond the age of 11. She worked in factories to make ends meet in a two room apartment with no hot water. She somehow managed to send her two kids to Catholic school. The kids never had anything beyond high school & didn’t rob or steal. My mom told me how she sold expired raffle tickets to one time to get money for her mom. Her mom made her return the money. I grew up making a living taking shit jobs & paid for college out of my own pocket. Everyday I’m grateful for the work ethic my mom taught me. Somedays I was miserable doing it but grateful I don’t feel entitled to take what someone else worked for.

We all slowly learn through exposure and hurdles and eventually realize how the system is rigged ONLY against the responding police officers. Sergeants are second responders, they respond only when called for.
And as the second poster already stated Judges and ASA’s are immune to civil lawsuits and PO’s are not. To a Judge a no PC finding means he goes home early that day. To a PO that’s a potential wrongful arrest civil rights violation lawsuit. If there’s force involved then you’re totally screwed! Talk to old timers, some are jaded, some not so much, some lost fortunes paying out punitive damages. City ins’t obligated to indemnify an officer if said officer is found to have made a bad arrest. No PC is viewed as a bad arrest. Some will argue different and I used to think same but my umbrella policy wouldn’t cover punitive damages. But eventually you get burned and learn to just let the young ones blue light 100MPH past you and rush right in. :/

Historically and currently, the highest homicide RATE for per capita of 100,000 persons in Chicago and perhaps the entire nation is on Chicago's WEST SIDE: the 11th District. Make no mistake, parts of the South Side, particularly the 6th and 7th Districts, is very high.

And cta pulling event numbers for driving past stations. Never once heard them doing any work much less an arrest. Don’t forget did a stint in financial crimes. Was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He often seemed to be looking for a excuse not to charge. Said he was in military intelligence, but when was questioned about his service he seemed to use a health issue as a excuse for not really being active duty. I never forget a service dodger. I say better then Foxx, but still a scamming politician. He always led on that he had big aspirations to make his family proud. In case you couldn’t tell, I’m not sold on this joker. Entire Democratic power machine throwing in behind Kim Foxx so she can continue to treat Chicago like a giant lab for social justice policies that are already not aging well.
Donna More got 13% in the 3-way race against Kim Foxx and Anita Alvarez. Alvarez had the stink of Laquan on her and she got double what Donna got. She also only has $65,000 in her campaign account and lost to Anita Alvarez
Fioretti has even less ($9,000) in his campaign account. Fioretti got 4,302 votes in 2019 mayoral primary (0.8%); he lost 68-32 in 2016 Illinois State Senate race.
You do anything but pull a democratic ballot and vote Conway and you're basically voting for Kim Foxx.
Sitting on your ass in Naples, FL will not get you any sort of tax relief. His dad did not hand him millions and say grow it. Jesus, there are some idiots on here.

Is he screwing around because he has nothing better to do with his money or is he seriously stupid and a lot of money makes you more stupid? What is his actual goal in doing all that damage? That is correct,and looking at the new fleet order for new squad cars they are getting marked vehicles for the detective unit, they want more accountability and presence that is for a change smart thinking!
Hopefully the merchant's associations are coming out against this bill too. Passing the costs of this thievery onto the consumer isn't the answer...unless your aim is simply to "redistribute the wealth."
