Cops Injured
- Two Chicago police officers were injured while trying to disperse a crowd Sunday in Englewood on the South Side.
They were responding to the gathering about 9:42 p.m. in the 7000 block of South Lowe Avenue, Chicago police said. One officer noticed a male holding a gun, and a chase ensued. He was taken into custody a short time later.
Shots were fired in the area, and a second male was taken into custody, police said. No one was hit by gunfire and a gun was recovered.
During the incident, two officers suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospitals in good condition, police said.
Anyone know why hundreds of people (or folks) were out violating the "stay at home" order?

The female officer tried to grab documentation from a female driver about 2:20 p.m. in the 6300 block of South Vernon Avenue when the driver sped off and struck the officer, Chicago police said.
She was taken to a hospital in good condition with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

I've always been curious about why anyone points out that it's a female officer. I don't remember ever reading it's a male officer. Since we are all suppose to be the same, why do we point out the differences. In this crazy f-uped world, the only difference should be either your a low life or your not. Now LL wants the (Brown Busters) police,including supervisors investigated who were at the mini riot for excessive force, and not wearing masks. She is basing this on Chance the rapper calling out the police for disrupting the community.Again with the social distancing rule,not a law gets the police jammed up. What did I do in the zoo with an animal source to get out of control they have what they call a dart gun that shoots a tranquilizer put the animal down for a while calms them down but we can’t do that we can do nothing anything you do you’ll be put on a 24 hour a day new cycle until you’re fired or put in prison that is what the media does. Obviously you never worked (assigned, not work BS VRI there) in 007. The folks (at least a hundred heads) out there don't hangout to enjoy the weather.
