Scum-times is reporting there are hundreds of complaints being reported daily against officers. Media outlets are suggesting criminal investigations. There are photos and videos of some violations.
When COPA finishes these cases in a year or two, these officers will not be judge by the circumstances they faced today, recognizing the great sacrifices and efforts they made and the wellness challenges, these officers will be judged in a year or two a with the new demanded police reforms and the benefit of hindsight. Officers will be suspended and fired because certain bosses wanted to look good and did not care about the men and women.
The Unions must filed safety complaints against the Department for the hours worked and schedules. Fatigue has the same effects/indicators as working while under the influence. Officers will make errors. Also, FOP should get a CR on the spokesperson who keeps saying the officers are working 12-hour shifts, because it’s a lie, officers are not being excused on the 12th hour. We are working 14+ hours.

SCC not sure if you heard about the 19th Dist Tact Sgt that went off on Commanders Rubino and Nieves Saturday night downtown. He was calling 10-1 and saw their platoon a block away and didn’t help. When the smoke cleared he went off on both of them telling them how incompetent they are and time to earn their money. He was dumped to midnights the following day. He says it’s a badge of honor.

Airborne knees here; Suggest meloxicam on a daily dosage of 15mg. Get an H Wave stimulation machine, have it prescribed, they're expensive. Zap that on to overload the nerves and reduce pain and stimulate blood flow. Hydrocodone is often prescribed, gabripentin is useful if you don't want an opioid in blood stream though. Likely Total knee replacement, so plan for that. Beats the hell out of limping, but make sure to have a good if not great dental plan, as dental infections are the easiest to get and can spread through the body and end up on non-organic surfaces like the metal on a replacement joint.

I don’t even know if this can be done, but any officer getting complaints etc against them & any resulting lawsuits ought to counter sue the city, department & Lightfoot. Can the FOP file a class action lawsuit against the city on behalf of all officers who were placed on the front lines of the riots with only helmets and batons? I don't know. If officers who were provided the proper riot gear and were told not to wear it is there a tort action. If you are being told not to defend yourself and have been given the proper tools and training to do same thereby being denied use of these tools to defend yourself does the city become liable. There is a host of possible actions that command staff and administrators may have taken which maybe should be challenged. Maybe the national FOP should start researching this due the possible PTSD and other psychiatric responses that officers may now have incurred after being placed in such harrowing places without adequate and reasonable means to defend themselves. Remember officers the EAP should be visited should you suffer any emotional trauma incurred due to the latest set of events. Also, if it is still offered when things settle down take the stress management workshop which may help you decompress from the trauma you have recently experienced. Good luck and may God be with you in the coming days.

A signature bond and an I bond are the same thing. By the time these arrestees got to the jurisdiction of the Sheriff or the ASA’s, their fingerprint checks would have been completed. Don’t forget that most of the arrestee’s had been charged with Disorderly Conduct, not Looting (720ILCS 5/25-4(a) Class 4 Felony) or Burglary (720ILCS 5/19-1(a) Class 2 Felony).

Also google foods that increase inflammation. Eliminating some things from your diet may help.
If you are bone on bone on knees, there is Synvisc and other goos that a dr can put in there.
Call your Dr, tell him the situation you are in. Don’t continue to suffer in silence

Are you certain it's arthritis and not worn out cartilage? MRI's showed my cartilage was totally gone in both knees. Bone doc said new knees were the only permanent answer. I tried everything else and put it off as long as possible. That was 8 years ago. Surgery was painful and so was rehab. But at least now they work. Now it's arthritis in my feet and ankles.

I work at a weed dispensary been here about four years it’s amazing what we does for arthritis, easy to get a medical card or just buy some recreational weed it works are use it high CBD
cpd family here. worked physical labor in the trades my whole life. most big jobs are 7-12s or 6-10s for months plus 2-3 hrs travel time. winter and summer in chicago. production is expected the same on day 1 as day 100. however, nobody and i mean nobody fucks with you when you are that run down and burned out. total strangers work as a team to finish a project. still have real men out there who have no problem settling things in the parking lot and going back to work. it breaks my heart to hear of the political pussy dictators who treat officers like shit because they can. in my world they would get an education on how to treat people on day one. lemmers no supervisor. he is a boss, a political boss, a worthless piece of shit who couldnt run a lemonade stand. im sure yelling at people who cant yell back makes up for his weaknesses and his thimble dick. keep your chins up officers, give the kommies what they want, let them swim in their own blood. and lemmer, stop by my job one of these days and see if you can intimidate me. ill change your diaper right quick. fluffer for an angry dwarf freak lol. Had to get cortisone injections multiple times a year for knee pain. Knees hurt like hell and gave me a hard time trying to sleep. Had PalinGen injections earlier this year. It stimulates the broken cartilage behind the knees. It’s like night and day for me. Look into it. Covered by insurance.

A few years ago my knees started to bother me. Almost two years ago I started taking Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine (BioSchwartz is the brand). I'll be damned it worked! Knee pain faded away. I retired last year, in my 50's, knees feel good. Hang in there brother.
