A month ago I had 5 (count um) 5 Gas Co trucks in front of my house, for a week, doing absolutely nothing. They only got out to dump the bleach bottle full of piss out the back door. Must be nice.

You are entitled to a 1 time use of 80 hours PAID sick time under the Federal Cares Act which is a law.
After you use that 80 hours then they can force you to use your own time and they can turn you away from work if you are unfit for duty if you have been exposed, traveled to a location on the quarantined list, or have symptoms.
Park District employees also getting paid for staying home during this mess since March.
Go wherever you want to go....if you go to a state of Lightfuck's list, call the Medical Section, tell them you were there and hopefully you have no symptoms. If they say you have to quarantine, request to go on the medical. If they refuse....you'll have to use time and file a grievance immediately with the Union. I'm going to assume there will be a class action grievance on this subject soon by the PBPA and the FOP.
How do I get a gig like that? I'm a doctor and get exposed every time I go to work. I don't get a free two week vacation. We don't shut down the building for cleaning. And to add insult to injury if I get sick I have to be off on my own dime. Then to add injury to insult I just got my property tax bill. Now I have to write a big check so those lazy county employees can sit at home and watch Netflix. To hell with Crook County and Illinois.

I went last week and the line was around the building, however there was only 10 people in the building so the line moved fast. 45 minutes to get into the building and they let seniors cut to the front.

If he traveled before her mandate he would be fine but if he left after the mandate the booter will have to use his own benefit time. My wife is in that department and she is in charge of their A&A's and they are editing the time accordingly. City told them they don't like it call their union and file a grievance but their time is still being used.
