I don’t know how you could be specific as you would have to have access to all of the cases that have gone thru her office during her tenure. Generally speaking they need to focus on her not prosecuting cases, reducing the charges, plea bargains, changing the parameters of what constitutes a felony and under your post, “Crimesha Overreaching Again” in which she demands a ridiculous parameters in police cases for “best evidence”. Years ago detectives charged felonies except for murder then a State’s Attorney instituted felony review. And the purpose was not to serve justice but to give the State’s Attorney’s Office a high conviction rate for reelection purposes. So if they think they can’t win a case they plea it down or reject it. So they play judge and jury, something a real judge and jury should decide. They all have abused it but Foxx takes the cake. There should be an investigation for all the offenders who are back out in the streets because of her and reoffending, the crime stats keep going up. She is just part of Democrats destruction of the city and county. How about her handling of the Smollett case and her connection to George Soros. Generally speaking she has not protected the citizens of the county for which she is being paid.

What will it matter? She’s one of the biggest reasons Chicago is a hell-hole and she still won the primary. The only way you can do anything is to vote her out during the general election. The people who are affected most by her militant policies will vote her back in.
Every reduced charge, every denied charges should be on there.
Victims and victim's families need to know about this. Detectives have historically had to defend the SOA office when charges were objected. Then, in worst case situations where Dics/Felony Review did not agree, and victims were persistent, we'd give the victim the number to the Felony Review Deputy.

This is the 1st thing we can do. O’Brien is going to attack this in a more aggressive way then Conway. He is not going to attack 1 case, like Jussie Smollett. O’Brien is attempting to gather information regarding her inability or unwillingness to do her job and the repercussions of these shortcomings on the people of Cook County. Now he will have documentation that these incidents occurred.
I think we all need to support him. We are literally fighting for justice for all victims of crime in Cook County and our livelihoods.
If the AG’s Office was being held by another incompetent individual, Crimesha would’ve been stripped of her law license with militant racist smollett case that she lied completely about!!!

encourage all your retail theft victims and other victims of a variety of offenses to fill out the form every time you have to explain to someone why "nothing will be done" even after the arrest, and willingness on the part of the victim/business to prosecute a crime in the face of a do-nothing prosecutor's office.

The Illinois Attorney General does not issue or regulate law licenses. That role is carried out by the Illinois Supreme Court and its Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
In a decent state, Kim Foxx would be suspended or disbarred now. This being Illinois, however, her misconduct will probably be swept under the rug.
