Get the lovable celebs to do their part: Fauci, Tom Hanks, etc., Never totally flatten the curve, have a lot of peaks and valleys, throw in a few lies (Kawasaki disease, spread by touching, passed to fetus, etc) and keep it going. Don't worry about facts just make it half-way believable, people are pretty dumb.
Now Stage 5. Crucial period. Hundreds of millions on the line. Mail in vote is the key to victory. The DNC might have enough to win but they need assurances to win. Prepare yourself for a couple of scenarios:
1. False stories about polls/poll workers
2. Late switching of polling stations to create confusion where to vote
3. Issues with post offices
4. Pre-voting rioting that will impact voters
5. Canvasing/Ballot harvesting post-election in Pennsylvania
Trump is by far the better candidate and Biden will only hold office until March, so if Trump wins you will have achieved something great, because ActBlue is incredibly powerful with some slick characters running the show. Some many things at their disposal. Good luck Republicans, push your people to vote in person, because it is an uphill battle from here but if you vote in person you have a job.

*How close is nearest hospital,ambulance,doctors?
*Are they streetlights at night because as we age vision becomes somewhat distorted (Just a fact jack)
*How close are grocery stores?
*Well water no thanks and expensive with water softener system you buy,oh and water heaters wear out quickly the anode rod inside wears out due to water quality and hardness of crappy water
*Septic system?
*Taxes on property and if the development is building many homes how much will the rise as they will need more roads,police,fire,schools etc. Drive the roads during busy periods how long is traffic lines? travel time?
*Will your pension be taxed and how much?
*HOA fees? Garbage fees? places we looked at fees were high and if your garbage cart is damaged stolen YOU pay out of pocket for it not like city where we can get it as we already pay taxes for it.
*License plate fees many newer the vehicle high yearly fees
*Like your doctor-dentist-optometrist you may be able to keep them but another hunt for medical care
*How close is pharmacy to get your RX filled?
*Quality of home being built? Built on flood plain? Materials used are they using pressed board which is glued together wood pieces once scraped for roof and truss supports? cheap faucets and tub surrounds? Found many extremely cheap windows and thin doors.Is the garage big enough high enough? Do you have to store garbage inside garage until pickup day and smell that? How many circuits? Does the furnace have the capacity to heat and cool the home without overworking causing it to fail prematurely? What are the rules for watering maybe washing the car? Are the cabinets quality or IKEA quality?

We have an active neighborhood patrol, plus more.
We have 8 people that we personally know that moved to Arizona,Tennessee,Florida,Texas and all moved back, when you get older its hard to make new friends and relationships that being said we will stay along with many retired people coppers,fire,city workers and other people!
