Chicago’s upside-down justice system has churned out a real doozy. As usual, when CWBChicago asked the various authorities who were involved in the case to explain what happened, they pointed fingers at each other.
The case involves a 19-year-old man named Romell Brown. In May 2019, prosecutors charged him with felony reckless discharge of a firearm after he allegedly opened fire on a Far South Side street. He was released on an affordable bail to await trial.
Not even six months later, on November 2, Brown was arrested again after police on the Far South Side said they found him carrying a handgun on the street. At the time, he was still awaiting trial on the reckless discharge case. Prosecutors charged him with felony unlawful use of a weapon, and he was held without bail until COVID hit.
That’s when he was released by authorities who were anxious to reduce the jail population as the pandemic took hold in April, according to sheriff’s department records.

It's ridiculous what Felony Review is asking for these days. An ASA will continually ask for more and more statements, documents, surveillance,etc and when you bring it, they turn around and ask for more, until they find that one thing that does not exist or can not be obtained. If you're a Detective you better have the blood of a virgin, the wings of a fairy, a unicorn horn and a promise kept by a politician, before you even dial the number to Felony Review. I've actually had to tell ASA's that I can't provide them with something that does not exist. Their response is that they can't approve or deny charges without ALL the information. Apparently information that doesn't even exist is now considered REAL information.
Kim Foxx is so horrible it’s hard to believe she’s the State’s attorney for one of the largest counties in America. It’s like a bad dream. A joke. She’s actually more of a danger to the public than an asset. People need to vote O’Brien and fire Kim Fixx

It's true that many Cook Co. Assistant State's Attorneys are incompetent, stupid and poorly trained. But the main problem is that they are being led and directed by a leftist State's Attorney with a pro-crime agenda.
Pro-crime. Yes, Cook Co. prosecutors not only help criminals, but help criminals commit crime. The police are the enemy and prosecution itself is the real crime.
Many younger Cook Co. ASAs are social justice warriors with "no charge" being their default setting for review of charges. They are the new breed and they have been thoroughly brainwashed.

It's almost as IF she and her fellow bottom feeders want an armed confrontation between the shit birds and Police so an officer can be injured/ killed or the shit head becomes some politician's hero and the "play" family becomes multi millionaires...
The Police should purchase a year lease of one of those digital billboards off of the expressway and every time one of these outstanding citizens are released back to society it should be announced to the city. Make it like one of those "Most Wanted" signs with all the information - crime, court date, DA name, Judge. Use a phrase like "We Did Our Job. They Didn't Do Their Job." or something of that nature.
Police officers, if the MSM won't cover it, you need to get the message to the people. Use some of your union fees, start a go-fund me page, raffle, etc., get a billboard (digital) and when there is a breach of justice, expose Foxx and Groot, run "Hey, Jackass" type graphics. If Groot can use COVID money to run "Say Her Name" billboards so can you.

They do not approve or disapprove charges. They do not maintain data on who called. This affords them the opportunity to continue to make unnecessary demands in order to prevent data that can be perceived as negative to reach the public. Remember when you would tell felony review to start a jacket and give you the number on a rejection? Or request a letter of declination. Now they just tell you to call back when you jump through ridiculous hoops.

Someone who's thirty feet or more from you can charge over that distance and kill you with a knife before you can draw a gun.
You also have to protect the public - if it's not you, the next person the attacker encounters may be killed, terribly injured, or taken hostage, or it turns into a desperate carjacking/flight from police that endangers even more people.

Years ago there was a felony review assistant who made unreasonable demands. We wanted charges in a homicide and had the offender wrapped up tight with the exception of recovering the gun used in the murder.
Needless to say, our assistant gave us a continuing investigation in order to find the weapon. When I asked her where we should look, she stated she did not know.
The next day we called felony review and told this genius we were unsuccessful in locating the gun and she finally approved charges.
Fast forward and she was now a trial assistant and as luck would have it I was called to testify in her courtroom in another case. After being interviewed by her, she wanted me to testify in a certain way and I told her I could not possibly do that. She was pissed, but there was nothing she could do.
What goes around, comes around.

Went to vote yesterday waited in line for over one hour, talked to quite a few people in line all races they are all going for the Republicans especially President Donald Trump everyone knows that this is what we need the Democrats will do everything they can to steal this election that is why they’re pushing for that mailing the ballots so they can change the vote through a lot of Trump voters that’s what they did years ago that’s what they always do.
